Shaunt and Ari were the personification of professionalism. They assessed my car, estimated the damages and worked with my insurance company to expedite repairs as well as fighting to secure a rental vehicle. Once parts were in, they finished ahead of schedule. Blown away by the service and the end result. This is THE place to get the car you love repaired and I can't recommend them highly enough.

I stumbled across this place solely by accident. Damaged the bumper quite badly due to a snow bank. Called Canadian Tire out of desperation and they recommended this place. I'm so glad for their recommendation. They were extremely friendly and professional. The two dogs I saw in the shop were equally friendly as the staff. Their gave me a detailed breakdown of the cost and were trying to help me out in every way possible. Thank you, Shaunt for all your help today.

I dread coming here because it usually means one thing, my baby has been in accident.I've probably came here about 3 times, separate occasions, over the past few years. I usually deal with Ari and he's amazing! Very knowledgeable and very fair. Sometimes I could be controlling and pester him for updates and photos of my car while it's being repaired. Ari has been so kind and patient and would actually send me pics!On this occasion, I had clipped a medium and it tore a portion of my rocker panel. Called the shop and told them what panel was damaged, they ordered the part Thursday, arrived Friday, and expected completion by Monday! However I didn't get my car until Tuesday because until they took off the damaged panel, they noticed my frame was bent. No one could've foreseen that. Ari immediately got a hold of me, sent me a photo and gave me my options. Frame work isn't a cheap job. He knew I wasn't going through my insurance so he was so kind, he priced it reasonably I was almost in tears!This shop is a family run business which is huge benefit because that means they won't charge you an arm and a leg for a repair like other corporate-owned body shops. I know my insurance company, TD, has them listed as a Preferred Body Shop meaning they stand by their repairs. They even do mechanical work which is great because at least you know your car isn't being sent out and driven to another shop.Accidents are frustrating, stressful and obviously an inconvenience. I've read other people's reviews and you can just tell their accidents are just getting the best of them. If you approach your situation with a patient manner, than you get what you give. You can't be short with the people who are just trying to help you.Overall, very happy! They're quick, thorough, and reasonable! Knock on wood I need to come here again, but if i do, I know i'm in good hands! =)

First visit was very pleasant. Transparent is the best attribute a mechanic shop can have. Will come back, hopefully not because it is a repair shop, but will come back.

Got here as this was the recommended body shop by the insurance. I was very pleasantly surprised by the work quality and the stuff was very friendly and patient to explain the whole process for fixing the car. I also recommended them to some of my friends and they were very happy as well.Thank you guys for a job well done.

Amazing work! Everyone quoted me about 2 to 3 Times more than York Mills, so I went with them and they did an amazing job handed me back my car, super clean even though they didn’t have to. I got them to fix my rear passenger side bumper because it had a dent in it and everything was great super prompt super quick, fair price I would highly recommend them. I will be coming back for everything I need.

Always a pleasure dealing with Leon. Simply the best there is. Eglinton Mercedes quoted me over $12,000.00 for work that was not necessary (oil leak). York Mills found no evidence of any oil leak. I am a customer for life.
