This place has always been one of the favorites, but gradually the experience is getting awful, my order took more than 20 mins and after the long wait this is what i get. Please earnest request to either change the employees or train them in a proper way. We are not asking for free food here. We pay for every single of it even the condiments.

This MacDonalds is in a very busy area, always expect it to be busy during work commute and lunch time. For the time the restaurant is not busy the service is very fast, but even during rush hour the service is decent. I would say the drive through service is much faster than dining in. Given that this is a fast food restaurant I do not see the need to review the inside dining portion because fast food is a quick drive by activity.As busy as the restaurant is, there are staff members who work very well under pressure but some are just downright rude, given that the interaction with the customer is so fast having attitude towards them.can greatly impact the service provided.

This location has to be the worst locations in Canada for cleanliness. Tables were all dirty, bathroom was a filthy mess and looking into the kitchen from where you place your order was completely gross with nothing clean. Staff was all standing around talking about decoration to be put up with the manager. Manager left and said see you on Wednesday. As a manager to leave a store in that condition for time off is unacceptable. Went in there at 1:15pm and left at 1:45pm on Monday Feb 13 2023. I will never go back to that location and prob won’t eat at McDonald’s for a while.

We were there on drive through for more than 10 minutes no one took our order and the moment we came through window the guy gave us look like we were asked him something wrong the whole staff was laughing and didn’t took us seriously

So sick of this. You obviously know that the bun should be toasted or you wouldn't bother making it LOOK toasted by burning the edges. Yet look at the rest of the bun, in the thick part where it actually matters. Completely fluffy and not toasted. This sandwich is so good when made right and so disgusting when not. Please stop cutting corners and make the food how it's supposed to be. I hate cooking at home and this is really frustrating that your food is not consistent.Editing to add, since I can't seem to post more than one review. I ordered today again and they literally haven't even tried to improve. Second picture is todays bun. I don't get what is so complicated about toasting a bun. How about don't rush, and put in the proper effort to make quality food. Being disabled makes cooking at home difficult for me and this is really upsetting me.

I got a 10 piece nugget meal tonight, and one of the nuggets were squishy so I pulled it apart, and it was COMPLETELY RAW like not one ounce of cooked meat in there. Just pink raw meat. Amazing! Thanks McDonald’s for trying to give me food poisoning:) you need better quality control. Most orders are in some way shape or form messed up or done poorly.

Dirty floors, dirty washrooms, even the one in the play place,they should hire good cleaner here, it's so yucky...this is restaurants and people come here to eat and stay... I notice the cleaner is not a good cleaner! She had no respect too,people eating and she's annoying.
