Went to go watch John wick 4. The left speaker was blown and made crackling noises throughout the film then the power goes out for a brief moment and had to listen to the rest of the movie with no picture.

Out of all the cinemas in the niagara region I enjoy the smaller size and comfy seats at Seaway. It could use an upgrade of hallway carpeting etc, but the theatre seating is great. I love the reclining seats with footrests. It was too cold last time I was there, but next time I'll wear an extra warm coat.

Honestly a hidden gem for those outside of the Niagara region. All the seats are recliner and there is close parking behind the mall. Definitely my go-to.

The staff is very friendly! The only downside is the small theaters and small seats. But still a great movie experience!

I took my nieces and nephew for a matinee. Other than the price to go to the show.... Great experience. Kind customer service. I like that you can pick your seats prior to entering so you do have to look for some once in the room. The seats are comfortable. For those who want an adult beverage they have those too.

We were in the small theatre. We really liked the reclining seats. The sound was great. Ordered our tickets and picked our seats online. The theatre was very clean.

Very clean and interesting layout with all the escalators and such. The only thing that would have made this experience more enjoyable was if we could purchase the Avatar tubs for the combo. The attendant said they were all out but we saw a few still hanging around.

Beware **Bad** Popcorn **Bad** management. Popcorn was bad the first time and bad the second time. ***Beware**** Asked for fresh popcorn after tasting a handful. They refused to exchange bad popcorn with fresh non stale popcorn. Sarcastically told me to enjoy my movie. Terrible management, I hope they realize why their theatres are empty. It's not the blockbusters that are showing that keep people away. Maybe good smelling fresh popcorn and good service might increase your sales. Bad management.
