Mildred was lovely when I rented a car for a trip to the mountains. There was some initial difficult with the booking system, but Mildred thoroughly and patiently walked me through what we would do to solve the issue. Experience was great and would recommend to anyone looking to rent a car in Edmonton!

Got the rental from the Edmonton airport - easy and efficient. Returning the car after hours to this downtown location however was RIDICULOUSLY HARD.There is no good way finding and the directions given by Avis were wrong. All that is needed is a sign and the RIGHT directions.If returning a car to here - give yourself an extra 45 minutes just to find where to return to.

Mildred made my car rental experience really easy and smooth! She thoroughly went over what is covered with the insurance that I signed for which not a lot of my previous rental experiences has done.Im pleased with the great service and I'll sure come back again if ever I rent a car again!

Mildred is amazing. What a gem of a human being. Just the sweetest human being and so helpful. I had a booking for a one way trip to Calgary and vehicle pick up was right at 8am when they opened after Easter long weekend. Vehicle was spotless and she gave great directions on how to get to parkade where vehicle was parked. It’s my first time renting within Edmonton, I will absolutely use this AVIS location from now on.

Renting and the car itself was good but returning was difficult. It took us half an hour to find the parkade.For those trying to find the parkade:Enter at the entrance of a brown building in front of Seven-Eleven called the West Parkade on 102 street. Immediately turn left and follow the indigo Avis budget sign then turn right and not left when you see the more parking (to left) sign. After turning right, find a closed blue garage door and go through that it’s automatic. Then pretty straightforward onward.

Good location, good communication very helpful staff especially Zoran he was very nice and explained every detail.The vehicle was very nice and clean, I am definitely renting again from this place.

I’m most happy renting from the Avis downtown location at City Centre, having tried the other options downtown. They have cars in excellent condition, many are new, all are clean, and customer service is very good. The cars are in a heated parking lot, which is a great convenience during Edmonton winters!

Mildred really went above and beyond for me. Had a trip to Calgary planned and I had made a reservation with her. Heavy snow and ice suddenly popped up on the forecast and she offered to do all she could to lock down some winter tires. With them being high in demand she wasn’t able to get any which was totally out of her control. But being so thoughtful and concerned for a safe drive for me, she complimentary upgraded me to a larger model with 4 wheel drive. She had already helped me greatly with the best rate possible but did the upgrade without me even prompting/asking for it. I also experienced some trouble with my credit card day of booking and she was extremely patient while I got that sorted out for myself. Returning the vehicle after hours was super easy too. Thank you so much Mildred!

I travelled from Winnipeg to Edmonton couple of weeks ago and rented a vehicle from this location. Andy helped me out, after speaking with his manager Gunjan, I was offered a free upgrade to a Van after I requested since we were moving some furniture. Great Service at this location. We will be renting from this location in the future.
