EDIT: do know that the sonnys were $14.99 before they started trending online. Owner does not care at all about anything besides business and money. They will make up things saying “ they have new staff but everyone is now on the same page “ bffr they will say ANYTHING to keep your business. I am over $1k deep in this stupid store, take your money ANYWHERE else , this is depressing.I really love the selection of blind boxes they have & have only found sonny angels in Calgary at this location, so thats super cool! Lots of Sanrio , Dimo & other super cool boxes! I came to the reviews as I was interested to know if others had the same experience as I did. I was the only one in the store when I made my purchase today and I was quite literally followed around the store but wasnt really greeted, just followed the whole entire time. It was very uncomfortable and a bit insulting but other then that I do enjoy the selection!

Update#2 what is with the employees?! Miserable people . Us customers spend lots of money on these figures. I will not give token my money anymore. Due to feeling so uncomfortable in this store and horrible service ... they dont even know the products/characters they are selling and are confused and rude when i have questions ..First review: bought 2 items .I had a hard time finding the perfect onesthe customer service was not there. They just sorta glare at you from behind the till. Not comfortable.But I got the figures with cat ears :3Update #1 I come here alot but lately they don't really have popmart or the line I'm looking for anymore. I asked about some figures like pucky and I feel like they just think I'm stealing?they didnt even know who pucky was dispite having a giant statue og him LOL. . It's weird vibes , But I spend lots of money on these figures.Employees are kinda mean ???They also have a giant pucky I'm really impressed by ! Wow !Personally . I recommend other sources for blind boxes . The service here is horrible and it's not a good experience to shop here . I unfortunately cannot recommend this store. Also I find better prices online anyway . This has gone from 5 stars to 2 .

Genuinely such a cute place, I got a blind box there a while ago and I want to go back soon. They always carry such cute collectibles that I put on my desk. 100% recommended

Very good store! The blind boxes are all laid out by collection and the customer service is online with a great attitude to help me find the items I want. Great variety of merchandise! I will be back again!

It felt like a fun and chill environment as soon as I walked in, which i liked. Their selection of figures was expansive, a lot of which i haven’t seen before. I had a little trouble choosing what I wanted but the employees were really helpful in showing me some cool stuff that was more for me. Great experience from start to finish and i’ll definitely be back as i build my figure collection.

I'm not really sure what the appeal of this store is. My daughter bought a small item here today. Located in the Chinook Mall.

EDIT: The store replied to my initial review and said they couldn’t trade because they had a full set, but they did not and plus they had 3 of the same characters on the shelf. It wouldn’t have been difficult to switch one of those characters for one of my duplicates.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Bought one box and was disappointed with what I got, so went back in and bought another. Got the exact same one again, and asked if one of my duplicates could be switched with the display ones, since they had 3 of the same ones on display. Manager was very rude and aggressive and said no. Poor customer service. Good luck not getting a duplicate, since they refill the case without noting which boxes are refills - in Vancouver, any refill boxes are marked with a sticker so that you have a better chance of getting a different character. Not coming by again

although i adore token, recently token made it so you cannot use your points you get from purchasing merchandise from them towards sonny angels. there has been a bigger audience who have started to adore sonny angels, and with this new rule it makes collecting points impossible to use towards whatever they want.
