Friendly staff...terrible internet service. We loose internet sometimes everyday. Same answer every time when we call. They don't know why. They flip a switch" at their end and we have internet again. For a day or two. They finally came and put a new "radio in". Speed is deadly slow..."

Paid for the top package, and am lucky to have dialup speed. Have complained and they did send someone out only for him to say i dont know why it is this slow." Great then nothing more. Guess I will have to complain as to why it is so slow. Answer will be overloaded lines even though I paied for a personal line that was to not a shared line."

Upon cancelling my service Packetworks continued to take payment amounting to over $1200. Upon contacting them to resolve this issue they refused to remit payment despite acknowledging they had taken several months payment from an account not receiving internet service.

We signed up for the TV package and have had nothing but problems. We are supposed to be getting 3 months 3 tv and it is show up on our bill every month. No one will call us back. I am extremely disappointed in the which is unfortunate because the internet service is quite good. I am beyond frustrated.I can’t get any help!!!!!

Packetworks has amazing costumer service! With any issue the reply in a timely manner and come up with quick solutions. They're internet service is exceptional and I'd highly recommend it to anyone!

worst internet i’ve ever had in my life. goes down multiple times a day and awfully slow as well. will be looking into alternatives.

We have been with Packetworks for almost 6 months and have had to call 4 times already because our internet simply stops working. We are told there is an issue on their end and it's fixed, it works well for a day then is back to being extremely slow, and frequently non existent. We are talking outages every 10-15 minutes sometimes....difficult and super frustrating when working from home Do not by internet from them. It feels like a scam.

Lund & Associates Chartered Accountants has been a customer of Packetworks for over 15 years. We find them to be reliable and quick to answer any questions or to help solve a problem. We have had very few technical problems over the years and they are usually because we are outgrowing older equipment.

They promised my mother a certain rate if she switched from Bell. She paid a cancellation fee and then Patchworks didn't honour the rate they promised. The bill came in roughly 20 percent more and it doesn't fit in her pension budget. My mother found out that her neighbours also have billing issues. Don't trust this company. My mother has called the number you've provided below a few times and left a message and her calls have not been returned.
