Paul and his expertise were on point.He was familiar with my new (used) Dynasty tub. There was an issue with the second pump (completely seized. Could had been like that for years). The spa panel was also malfunctioning. he was honest and quick to issue a quote and quick to repair the hot tub. It’s working like a dream now. Has made our summer that much better. Thanks again! Highly recommend…oh side note he followed up on the repairs to make sure everything was up to our satisfaction. It is! Again would highly recommend.

Paul salvaged my hot tub after my mistakes when I emptied it for the winter months. Several of my pipes and manifolds were broken by ice and he systematically and carefully replaced them. He arrived at my home to the minute when he said he would. In fact, he did everything exactly as he promised. And he taught me some new ways of looking after the tub. He's my new hot tub guy". Fabulous and honest service. Had an issue with our hot tub. We were fearing the worst for fear that it would be expensive to fix. It ended up being a simple fix with no parts involved that cost very little. Super honest service as I’m sure someone else would have made it out to be a bigger problem with most cost involved. He also showed up at the day and exact time as promised. If you want honest dependable and cost effective service FlowPro is the one to call!!!

I purchased a refurbished hot tub off fb market place from a private reseller which had the tub working well for the 1st month. Then our worst nightmare presented it self with pump issues. I connected with Paolo after a quick Google search for support in my area. Flowpro Services are prompt and very fairly priced with his support and services.... since hiring Flowpro, our hot tub is running like a brand new tub and we're able to enjoy it every evening. I was having hot tub issues and he was able to arrive at a time that worked for me, diagnosed the problem, (seized pump), ordered replacement parts, replaced the pump, and put everything back exactly as it was. Very thorough, knowledgeable, and very easy to deal with. If I run into similar issues in the future, he will be the first person I call.
