I have made an huge mistake by trying to get a deal by chat (online). Everything was misled and for my surprise the device I wanted was not available on Bell warehouse.Well... even reading bad reviews from here, I passed by and the seller GUSTAVO was perfect! Told me for $10.00 / month I could replace my Iphone for any reason....just forgot to mentioned it would cost me $250.00. Bell is really screwing people. Would have given zero stars if I could.

Marianne at the store gave me great service and helped me with a problematic issue (nothing to do with the store) from Bell Fraud and prevention department. She went above and beyond to help regulate the issue the Bell fraud department caused me. Great job again Marianne and Team! You certainly made up for Bell's Fraud department's inconvenience.
