My fiancé and I have two pets: a two-year-old husky and an eighteen-year-old cat. Both pets are as healthy as ever! We are so grateful for Tail Blazers who care so much about pets. The staff are friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable. If you ask for recommendations, they have many! I love that the store does not carry anything that is outsourced/deemed unhealthy for pets. The products are made of amazing quality and the prices are very reasonable. Any questions you have, staff will answer them with the best of their knowledge. Tail Blazers has been our go-to store for a long time and we will never look back! Highly recommended!

Tail Blazers Health Food Store for Pets
I have always had really wonderful experiences with the staff in this store. They are always so polite, organized, and always know exactly how to help in any situation. However, every time I’ve been in (which is often), I have noticed that the same employee consistently mistreats their coworkers. I believe their name starts with a J, but I could be wrong. Her rude comments to the staff often happened in front of customers, hence this review, making an awkward and uncomfortable environment for everyone. I literally watched one of the employees walk away from the conversation visibly upset. Truly so sad, as everything else about the store is lovely.

We used the doggie spa here today and it was fabulous! The room was well organized and the tub worked perfectly. Two people and two 70 lb dogs took us 1.5 hours to bath and blow out. It will take us less on next visit,now that we know what to expect. Great service. Everything at your fingertips.

Just purchased raw dog food and need to bring back as he is not doing well on it , with a receipt they are not refunded me, as we were told there would be no issues if need to bring back . Called and left message to return my call, still no call back...very madning , not happy with customer service at all.

I went here to get an ear cleaner for my pup’s irritated ear. I spoke with Emma, who gave me all my options and reviewed what would be gentle enough. She was so knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions, as well as gave a thorough explanation on how to clean my dogs ears. I definitely will be back thanks to Emma:)

Knowledgeable staff, both raw and commercial dog food. Many organic and Canadian dog foods to choose from. Many limited ingredient diets , good for pets with allergies. Assortment of biscuits and natural treats to choose from. Health supplements available too. Nail clipping service, and two tubs in which you can bath your own dog. They have a selection of toys and leashes. I bring both my dogs here and have had a good experience every time I shop.
