Cancelled our appointments multiple times without any notice. Zero customer service

Not much to choose from.staff was helpful but couldn't help me with my problem with my S9 plus.

You only have a single line running onto cfb Petawawa and can only offer 5mb/s but currently I only have 10kb/S this is idiotic upgrade your lines

Je déménage et l'employé Bell a fait une cancellation au lieu d'un déménagement. Je dois envoyer le modem par la poste sinon on va me charger 200$ et je ne peux pas donner le modem en boutique... Tres décu du service Bell.. Ne recommande pas cette compagnie

Worst store i ever visited had to come 3 times just to get my number ported and had to wait atleast hour everytime. The service is really poor.

Does not deliver anywhere near the speeds promised. (Getting less then 1MB down) Wont be staying with them.

1 star only because I can’t give 0. My service was suspended due to a billing mix up (had been paying my old account by mistake after moving) and when I went to the store for assistance, was told they don’t manage billing and that I need to contact customer service. Ok, fair enough, this leads me to request that I be put in touch with customer service as I do not have any way to contact anyone due to the suspension. I was the only person in the store at the time, with two employees working, and was told that I would have to leave and use the public phone at the Petawawa Library, or, find a pay phone, and that their phones were for business purposes only. I was caught off guard, and thought it was a joke. Eric was extremely rude, did not offer any apology, or empathy whatsoever, and simply said, we can’t help you. As any person dealing with a stressful matter, this upset me quite a bit. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Adam, the supervisor, reiterated the same and, while I was in tears, asked me to leave the store. I’ve never experience this level of garbage treatment in my life. I can’t even call it customer service. Just a complete lack of basic human decency. These employees should be ashamed of themselves. Completely disgusting way to treat a person looking for a little help.
