Anderson Towing

Unfortunately I've had to use Anderson's towing twice this week. Nobody likes to call a tow truck but these guys have been amazing to deal with and have gone beyond the expected level of service both times. The driver that picked my daughter's car was Jesse. Both times the car was in bad location and he safely maneuver the car onto the tow truck and did it with a great attitude and stellar customer service. We really appreciate you guys, keep up the good work... Thank you!

Great experience all around. Jesse was communicative, friendly and professional. We were in a tough spot and safety was his #1 priority. We really appreciated his service. Would recommend Anderson Towing to anyone in need.

Jesse was my driver and was extremely helpful and kind. Got e squared away, and the cat on it's way. I've had bad experiences in the past with towing companies and it's very nice to deal with a company that gets the job done, while being professional and kind.

This company was on it in in a heartbeat. My truck was having a water pump problem, and they were there to pick it up in less than 15 minutes. Jesse was the tow truck driver, and he was a super nice guy. Would recommend these guys if I was ever in a situation with my vehicle again.

Amazing service, fast, knowledgeable and safe.My driver, Jesse, was new to the area from eastern Montana, but arrived early and was a surgeon with a flatbed, in placing my vehicle safely next to my 79 Z28. These guys will be my first call if I find myself in need again! Service with a smile and probably the quickest I've ever had a vehicle loaded and unloaded. Jesse is a master of his craft.

Jesse picked up my disabled Truck (da*n transmission) towed by Flatbed back to Kalispell (35) miles without a problem. Jesse was there within 45 minutes after receiving the call. Great service to work with.

Do not recommend this company whatsoever. Spent a whole day trying to get our car out of the yard after it was towed there from an accident. The dispatcher on the phone was extremely rude not only to us but to our insurance agent who was politely trying to work with her to get an invoice so he could pay the bill. After being rejected a third time by her, we went back down to the yard and spoke with the tow truck driver again who finally was able to get her to send an invoice over to us. However, they wouldn't work with our insurance company which is USAA and we had to pay $612 out of our pocket to get the car out and over to Able Body. Thankfully, our insurance company is great and promptly reimbursed us for the full cost of it. One other thing to mention, when Anderson's Towing dropped our car into the lot, they dropped it so close to another vehicle that it hit it and caused damage on the driver's side. No excuse for lack of care on their part. Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! If we could have given it a zero star we would have. Completely unprofessional, with the exception of the two tow truck drivers at the yard.

Jesse was awesome. He called me back less than 5 minutes after getting off the phone with roadside assistance. Was at my house less than 10 minutes later. Super friendly and just an awesome all around great experience. Highly recommend these guys.

We had a flat on our way home from vacation. Jesse came to us and was the right man for the job. He was able to get our stuck tire off and was friendly and professional. You never want to have to call for help but they were good to work with and had quick service!
