I've been going here for a while and every time I go, the staff (Jala, Dr. Taylor and other office staff) are kind, professional and very knowledgeable on all of the services they offer. They always make me feel comfortable, answer all my questions and provide amazing service. The office is extremely clean, modern and I always recommend this place to friends and family. One of the best parts of your visit will be Jala's hospitality as you get ready to see Dr. Taylor, who is lovely and a very experienced dermatologist. You won't regret visiting!

What an amazing experience I had today! It was first time doing laser and the lady Jala was very professional and made me feel comfortable. She explained what to do before and after the procedure and I definitely recommend it. See you in 8 weeks!!

Dr. Taylor is exceptional. Very professional, highly knowledgable and I felt that she really cared about me as a client and as a person.Dr. Taylor did my injections herself after using topical anesthetic to ensure I was not in any pain. I had no issues with the injections and remained very comfortable throughout the procedures and had no issues afterwards. She was very efficient and, obviously, knew exactly what she was doing. She took the time to explain the procedures to me and the expected outcome. No bleeding or bruising AT ALL!! I wanted subtle but 'fresher' and that is exactly what I got. I had numerous compliments IMMEDIATELY afterwards.From the beautiful spa to the personalized care and attention, I cannot say enough about it. I knew I was in good hands the moment I walked in and I wouldn't go anywhere else.I love Dr. Taylor and Whitby Medspa!!

My acne has been completely and permanently cleared by Dr. Taylor and Jala Lahham! They put me on Epuris for approximately 6 months, while simultaneously using Zein Obagi products. I could not be more thrilled with the results. no other acne medication had worked for me in the past, and I have already booked my laser treatment to rid the minimal scarring I have. I could not be more happy with Whitby Med Spa. They were able to give me the priceless gift of my confidence back. Extremely caring, professional and welcoming.
