The WORST customer service. IF you are lucky enough to get a hold of someone by phone, it might take you a few days of trying, their associates are extremely rude and obviously do not care about your experience and their products. Also, DO NOT buy something unless you are 100% certain it is exactly what you need as they have no a no return or exchange policy. Spend your money somewhere else...

Been a customer here for a couple of years and always received help finding cool gadgets and useful items. The owner is very straight-forward- I paid the $50 membership fee (which is refunded once you purchase something) and he showed me around the store and helped me find a pinhole camera that I wanted while showing me a lot of other cool products. Ended up buying pepper spray and a pen that is also a flashlight/window breaker to keep in my car just in case as well. Will keep coming back here for sure! The website has lots of options as well, but in-store has best selection.

I walked in and was rudely greeted! I had the door opened for a few seconds and was asked to leave and to close the door as he was done for the day after his client. I gladly closed the door and will not go back to give my business! No signs outside either to say what their covid policy was and door and windows covered that you could not see inside so no choice but to walk in and see.

We originally purchased cameras from Amazon and they didn't work. Our agency needed really good security cameras for our investigators and the cameras we purchased from the Spy store worked great!!The customer service was awesome and they knew their stuff.Dont believe the cameras from Amazon and E bay are the same although they look similar. Buy from a real store!!!

Went in after checking the website to see if I could skip the shipping charge on a bug sweeper listed at ~$50. The proprietor told me his cheapest bug sweeper was $100 higher than the price listed on the website, then refused to confirm whether it was the same product I originally came in to buy. Definitely not worth the hassle. On the plus side, once I gave up on getting that particular bug sweeper today, I found a comparable model online with promising reviews for significantly cheaper, even factoring in the one-day shipping.

Went to the spy store today and was really disappointed with this clown. I knew exactly what I was looking for when I walked in the door and had a few options in mind. I did my research online but because I wasn't interested in his upsell garbage he suddenly and abruptly asked me to leave his store. Don't go here this guy is a clown.

This shittie employee at the store isn't worth talking to. He's the rudest person you'll ever talk to. Even after explaining several times what are we looking for, he keep telling us to be more specific and that even very rudely. I don't know how a business handled by these kinda people stay open. Worst experience. I'd rather pay two times more and order online than buying anything for this store ever.

My camera was broken right out of the box, app failed each time i tried to load it.. spoke with their technician who agreed there was issues with it. They have fought me at every corner in getting a refund.. complete scammers, would not reccomend anyone buy anything from this store.

The store does not have any regular hours and is open irregularly. The individual sitting behind the desk openly says he doesn't have time for you and will only talk to you if you know exactly what you want. Don't waste your time with this dude, the Vancouver store is light years better.

Why have hours of service if it is appointment only. 2 why have a display case at all you may aswell have a magazine with what you sell and save money on the retail.location.. 3. turning away walk ins is the worst business model ever and dumb business. May aswell close your doors and not waste time on rent
