Beauty Nails

Me and my sister was here last week for our nails they did really bad job after two days my nail colour start getting off and i called them they fix it but its again start getting off i am really disappointed with their service when i was here for very first time they did really great job but this time experience was very bad. The shape i asked for was not same and the girl did my nails was on trainning and she was not confident with that. When we were their next time the behaviour was bad and when we asked that we are not happy then they asked us to book appointment again and we have to pay again but thats not fair, its their responsibilty to make their customers happy and i am talking about all but their are some whos have bad behaviour.

Have been going here for years place is super busy, they overbook, keep you waiting in chair for long periods of time even though you have an appointment. My friend and I went together, her pedi was done mine wasnt started. The whole point of gponh together is to enjoy the experience together. On two occasions now witnessed the owner of the salon engage in arguments with either a client or staff. Very unprofessional behavior. Makes for a very uncomfortable situation with a salon full of people. Not relaxing for sure. My pedicure appointment should have been half an hour 40 mins maximum ,i was there for 2 hours of my time!!Won't rush back anytime soon.

I treated my mother inlaw to pedi's today, still sitting in the chairs, and it was a wonderful experience. The 2 lady's we had were so kind and did an amazing job on our feet.I'm surprised there are a few bad reviews. They get 5 stars from us and I'll definitely be back.Thank you

Very disappointed.The nail tech SPENT the whole time on the phone call after call nit once did she make conversation. Then checking the appointment book after each call had to go back mins after she seemed bothered that I did .The quality of the job she did was so poor I asked for a certain length she went that short and also design she did what she wanted I told her what I wanted All nails different lengths fingers so sore .Getting that treatment as if I wasn't there not good enough.I got so stressed by the calls and her holding the phone with her head and shoulder making appointments and leaving me about 8 times to sell gift certificates i was sat there took forever to have done never again and people go elsewhere you'll get better quality nails and better personal experience

Ripped my nails to shreds, had my finger bleeding for 10 minutes, no discount or anything after being cut up and the nail polish has bumps. Took an hour just to get started and I should’ve left then and there

I’ve gone here several times in the past and was pleased with the service. However my experience this time was very disappointing, probably the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. It was the fastest time I’ve ever had pedicure. They didn’t even use the correct colour that I picked out. My feet didn’t look or feel better than when I went in. Seems like they are just getting people in and out as fast as possible, with no emphasis on quality work, I won’t go back here again.

Very accommodating. Kathy was gentle and very thorough, very skilled. She corrected the issues with my nails made by my previous nail tech, I didnt even have to point out the problems she spotted them and fixed them all on her own. All my nails are smooth and perfectly shaped. Colour application is excellent. Really impressed, will definitely go back here.

I’ve been going to Beauty Nails for about 2 yrs and I’m sure I’ve had every aesthetician that works there give me a pedicure! They are all amazing and do a wonderful job. I’ve never had a complaint or issue and always had friendly efficient service. It’s my treat to myself.
