Me and my family ordered lunch and when we got to the window, the lady at the window walked outside shot a snot rocket and came back in didn’t wash her hands and packed our food and gave it to us. Definitely will not be back absolutely disgusting!

I couldn't possibly hate this drive-thru any more than I already do. It's poorly designed, chances are one or 2 vehicles are going to get served on one side while you wait on the other. I'm not sure what the people that design these are thinking, more likely they're not. Two lanes to order from but only one set of windows to pay and get your meal, I fail to see what they think is gained by this. The curbs are black from people curbing their tires on it, the bollard infront of the electrical box is getting lots of love from bumpers and fenders.........and they're probably going to get your order wrong.

At 8:30am on a Saturday they had a girl doing her first day with absolutely no help or supervision, poor girl was terrified and making a lot of mistakes, we had to go up multiple times to ask for a simple Chicken BLT without cheese. First it was missed completely, then they gave us a Chicken Mcmuffin plain, then they told us that You can't get a chicken blt without cheese"

Waited 40 minutes at the curbside pickup and had to send my wife in. She came back with this garbage. What is going in there? Who in their right mind would pack that? Needless to say we won't be back for a long time. Get it together. There's absolutely no excuse. You wouldn't eat that at home, don't pack that for paying customers.

Didn't enter. Used the drive through. No problems with the quality of what was ordered and items were correct. I use the McDonald's app for pre-ordering and I find it helps simplify things + you get rewards. Historically, using the app means a correct order (in my experience). Didn't enter inside this McDonald's on this trip so limited interaction with staff.
