After shopping around we fixed on Trafalgar to install flooring and a set of doors in our apartment. Where nearby competitors saw obstacles to a trouble free installation, Ken & Amanda worked with us to quickly find solutions & the work was completed swiftly and skillfully by their installers. Courteous & friendly service by all involved in the installation.No issues whatsoever with their pricing which compared favourably to their competitors.Would not hesitate to recommend Trafalgar.

We were totally impressed with the service and support from the complete team. Their responsiveness was exemplary whenever they were called upon. We love the Vidar product we selected which was coached upon us from Edith and Margaret, thank you ladies! Let's not forget Arthur for his knowledge and expertise. We shopped around 10 flooring places for 3 months and somehow ended up at Trafalgar. And, what an amazing experience its been. We went with Vidar Oak Engineered Hardwood in Coffee, which looks awesome. Amanda and Ken have amazing, very detailed yet transparent with exceptional service level. Our first quote was much higher but they made it work, literally accommodating all our requests. The installation was impeccable, small tasks like caulking and custom transitions were done free of charge while others will charge for it. The cleanup after the installation was spotless. Already looking forward to our next project with them.
