American Plaza Motel

Using my mana account cause I can’t access mine in all honesty the staff here are very nice people but the place itself if I could give it a zero I would. The place is crawling with nothing but junkies the rooms I’ve had in the last year just keep getting worse there is garbage left behind the one night we went into a brad new room and there was a chunk of fenytnal just sitting on the bed. We stayed there a couple night ago and I am covered in bed bug bites. The staff although are very nice and understanding people they obviously do not care enough about their business. I would not recommend this place to anyone if you’re looking for a cheap motel to stay at I would 100% reccomend the motor court motel.

This place is excellent if you need to support any one with a place to stay short term. They are kind, caring and will help anyones family or friend.They are supportive and inclusive to the needs of those who stay there.Keep up the amazing work you guys do !It’s not easy to manage a place with people who don’t look after themselves and write false comments.

The rooms are disgusting. The tub is stained and the ac doesn't work. It's so hot in here u can't even breathe. Oh and at 11:55 pm I had to run to a corner store to grab toilet paper because no one will answer the door or the phone at front desk. The phone in the doesn't work in the room so I can't call from there either.If I could give a zero star I would!!!

I rented a room here, the first one I was given had no lights, and had bed bugs crawling everywhere, I was given a different room and asked for a comforter, to be belittled, and forced to check out after he threatened to not give me a refund. He was very disrespectful, and presented the worst customer service I've ever seen. I do not recommend this place, it's clear the only reason they are still in business is because of the addicts that reside there. I gave it a chance even after reading all of the negative reviews and regretted it instantly..

Nicely renovated and clean sleeping here. I spent a week and a bit here and was treated like gold. Good family owned business with the customer in mind. Was happy with my stay and would highly recommend this spot.

This place was deplorable. You need to clean your room yourself before you do anything else. No one in this place knows what the other hand is doing. There rob you blind with room rates. Never in my life have i so many times disrepected as a paying customer in the 4 day stay.Perhaps if you want to clean the place up you should maybe look at how u conduct your business.

Terrible, they used to test treat me like a valued customer until they decided to over charge me. One of the employees understands the hospitality industry, but the other one changed my room to one that has serious bed bug problems (going to show the bites to the health unit) I asked for another room and was shown one that had no running water, was freezing, & has similar issues with the mattress. I was refused a refund and also refused access to the laundry ( more like lied to 3 times about it we'll send someone with a key to your room shortly" which simply wasted hours of my time). I was in this problematic room about a year ago and it had the same issues and then I was moved to a better room

The owner/employees are unprofessional and so rude. It’s obvious that the only people that stay here are people who live in the motel. My room did not even have soap in it, the toilet paper roll was an old one they reused, and the cleaning people had left an empty water bottle in our bedroom so i know for a fact our beds were not actually cleaned properly and just made up to look clean. We simply only stayed here because we were desperate for a room and everywhere else was full, but i would actually prefer to sleep on the street for a night than stay at this place ever again.

The place needs cleaning bad and the pillows suck we brought are own luckily the blankets have burn holes in them and the towels are stained np soap or shampoo had to ask for some and their was alot of arguing and fighting going on at night with other hotel guests
