Hmm. Called to see if they could help out after another shredding company (Dechi-Tech) had a problem with their mobile shredding truck.Totalshred proceeded to disparage this other company, saying Dechi-Tech charges a cheaper rate for hard-drive destruction because they use a simple drill to destroy the disks.I checked with Dechi-Tech and they actually do have a legit metal-shredding machine, they certify the disks as being fully destroyed.I give Totalshred 1 star for jumping to disparage a competitor based on unverified info. (I'm being generous by not calling it an outright lie.)Totalshred also quoted me $7 to destroy hard drives, whereas Dechi-Tech only charges $3.

Totalshred était la seule compagnie prête à me faire un certificat de destruction pour les disques durs à un prix compétitif. Le chauffeur Claudio a fait ça tellement vite, j'ai jamais vu une machine avaler aussi rapidement! Il y avait même un écran ou on pouvait regarder le processus. Dorénavant, notre compagnie utilise seulement Totalshred. A+
