Seems a pretty new arena. It was the only arena in Gatineau openned during summer for public skating.

I'm repulsed by the rink design where observers are placed up in the rafters, removed from the action. While I suppose I get why the change rooms are housed underneath, it's a design that loses the intimacy of earlier rink designs.

Would be nice to have more time. 1 hour here and there isn't much. Already the course for kids skating is not so many, at least the free skate time should be more. 1 hour Saturday, 1 hour Sunday, 1 Friday. What the rest of the day the skating rink is reserved for?Other than that, the ice is well maintained.

Small arena to faovours smaller player up to Midget level (I believe). Vending machines only with other arena next door offering a bit more food options and skate sharpening. Lots of parking (including handicap).

It's an oddly shaped arena with lots of seating, but unfortunately, some of the ice close to the stands is obscured from view. It's a pretty dated arena that has been serving the community for many years.

Part of a two arena complex in Aylmer. Good facility with heat above seats. Nice canteen and lots of parking
