I do not recommend Hertz car rental company to anyone. We had a little bank card problem, they didn't help, they were hostile. We spent the whole night there. We paid for the car, but they didn't give it to us! Zero from humanity!!!

I arrived like 14 minutes early, and they guy at the counter said I am to early of course. So I waited out those 14 minutes and they had nothing to do meanwhile. After, I went to the counter and it took for them 15 minutes from my hire time to give me the car.

Nice fast check in and check out. The car was clean when I received it and I didn’t have any problems driving it across to Switzerland. The desk person offered an upgrade for 30€ for four days, and I’m glad I took it since the upgrade had adaptive cruise control and was an enjoyable ride.Upon returning the car they do check with a laser to look for minor dings. This is something that I’ve never experienced before and wasn’t expecting. They did find a ding in the side of the door which was almost imperceptible when you looked at it, even in person. Luckily for me, I had a 4K iPhone video of the car and when replaying the video we were able to see the reflected light bending at the dent as I walked around the car. Always take pictures and/or a video before you rent the car, just in case!

I was stressed to rent here due to bad reviews. Finally all good, good service and upgrade to better car than expected. I think peoples was charged after check out just didn’t read well the contract.

Outstanding Service by Asmae and Robin! On a family trip and needed to get a larger car. They were already busy but pulled a larger vehicle from a distant lot. I felt they bent over backwards knowing we did not fit in a C200 series. Great job - highly recommend!! Thanks again Asmae and Robin!!

Rented a car in Antwerp and returned at Brussels airport after completing day at work. Brussels agent charged me $1000 for bogus damage on bottom of front end bumper. When I indicated there was no way for me to see this upon picking the car up in Antwerp, response was it's my responsibility to ensure any damage is noted. I indicated to him it was damaged to begin with and he didn't agree. Afterwards, I went back and saw in the paperwork provided to me at pick up that damage was listed. Had to call customer service to get charges reversed. Not sure why damage, noted on paperwork in Antwerp, was not entered in system. Never had any hassle like this with Hertz before. Check vehicles/paperwork before taking car!

It was not a busy day for this placewhen i drop in for my car booking, was served by the manager Peter who happened to just came back from a holiday ( if i am not hearing it wrong name ), he was extremely helpful and polite, explained every detail and answered all my enquiry. He had helped me with the insurance and also the fuel guarantees to avoid extra charge on fuel if i return the car half tank or empty tank. Will definitely come back to their service on my next trip
