Goober Rides

Took Goober for the first time today from north york to Scarborough. Our driver was respectful and sweet to my dog, funny, kind and considerate. Also arrived earlier than expected to our destination which was awesome. From what I learnt, they also drive all over the GTA and even to cottage country (definitely keeping that in mind in the summer!) I also loved how it was more affordable than other options that were (possibly) dog friendly.

My dog is very nervous with strangers so getting him into the car took some time but Aaron was very patient and understanding for the entire trip!! He even prepared beef liver treats for his pup customers. It was a great experience and will definitely use Goober Rides again!

Total lifesaver! I was able to book Aaron from Goober Rides last min to help me get my dog safely from my dog sitter back home, after I had some scheduling issues and couldn’t bring the dog myself. Aaron replied quickly, was on time, friendly and sent pics and text updates along the way. And the price was totally reasonable! I will 100% use this service again, regularly, when we need help getting our dog to and from places. Thank you!!

Aaron is friendly and quick, and also let me know my pets were dropped off and how they did for the long ride. Fantastic service! Cannot recommend Goober Rides enough! Aaron is a delight to chat with, and it is clear that he genuinely loves what he does for all of the best reasons. I took my cranky cat for dental surgery, and he was all compassion and cheer despite her nonstop cries from the backseat. He was early to pick-up but friendly and patient even when it took me longer than expected at pick-up. On top of it all, he was a great driver, even in rush hour traffic! Hopefully it will be a while before I need to drag my critters into a car again, but I’ll be happy to contact Aaron again when I do.

I cannot thank Goober Rides enough for helping our family when we were running late on our trip from Toronto to Ottawa, for a funeral. They really came through and I am so grateful and appreciate their kindness. They didn’t have any drivers immediately but the man who arranges rides, called me back and said he’d do it himself. Very positive and joyful experience. Call Goober Rides last minute, looking for a pet taxi service to take our 3 pets + me to vet for their annual appointments all booked back to back, when our car went unexpectedly into repairs. Aaron called me back within minutes of filling out the Goober Rides online taxi request form to cordinate pickup. Aaron showed up on time - punctuality is sign of respect - drove us to the vet clinic, waited while one pet after the other had its annual exam, and drove us back home. Aaron was cool and prepared when our 16 years-old cat had an 'accident' in the car. Thanks Aaron for being so friendly and bubbly with pets and owners.
