Everyone at Icon Dental is very caring and kind, I would not hesitate to come back in the future. Dr. Rula did a great job with everything I needed and is an amazing dentist. The 2 hygienists I had cleanings with are also awesome. The office is clean and the overall process was clearly communicated to me, including multiple reminders of my appointment beforehand.I would recommend inquiring about their laser technology as well. I had a great experience with it and it would be great to see it become more common and affordable.

Dr. Sung Hong and team provided a fantastic cavity appointment, taking account for my braces plan and scheduled family dentist appointment back home by providing a diagnosis in my best interest. He even fixed my broken wire for me… Insurance was filed by them and explained thoroughly. Everyone was very friendly and competent, would highly recommend

I have been routinely cleaning/scaling at-least twice a year since 2014 at different clinics and I can confidently say I had the best experience at ICON. The hygienist (Michelle) did an excellent job thoroughly and painlessly cleaning my teeth, while giving me priceless advice on how to take care of them for me and my family. My teeth have never felt this clean after a scaling session ever. The receptionist (Kirstie) is very helpful and tries her best to accommodate you. Overall the staff are extremely friendly and it's clear they care about their patients.Prices are very reasonable as well. By far my favourite dentist. The staff are all very kind and friendly. Dr. Rola is also very kind, patient and gentle. She explains everything she is planning to do before she does and takes the time to show you pictures and diagrams until and you are comfortable. I am also very pleased with her attention to detail. I have always been weary about going to a dentist until I visited Icon Dental Clinic.

I'm very glad I chose ICON dental for cleaning and whitening - the densits and hygenists were all very kind and frequently asked me if I had any questions/concerns during and after each session. They were understanding of my teeth sensitivity and worked to accommodate it, creating a hassle-free experience. Thanks to the diligence of the staff, I didn't need to make any temporary inconvenient changes to my daily routine, and was able to resume my normal everyday routines/eating/exercising after the operation. I've interacted with two of their front desk staff and they were both very kind and precise in their scheduling / fee arrangements / etc. All in all, when you walk out the doors, you'll leave knowing that the folks here really do care about the work they're doing and the patients they help. I would definitely come here again.

This is a lovely place to go and get dental work done. I had my teeth cleaned by Sue (I believe her name is). She had an awesome attitude, making the environment friendly and comfortable as well as the receptionist :)

Best experience ever. I never liked going to the dentist, I have a phobia from needles and never go to my appointment alone. At Icon Dental, it feels different, I go all by myself, get a friendly and professional welcome to relax you from the start. When I sat on the chair, I felt I was in a spa, the dental chair has a massage embedded, that's so cool. Dr Rula came in with a big smile showing in her eyes, as she had her Covid gear on. The clinic has an Icon" technology setting. All this great service and technology comes with a reasonable and competitive price. I am so thankful for a professional
