Great storage at a decent price

I've used this storage plenty over the years. Very good people and clean setup.

The service agent made it feel like he was doing me a favor by attending to me. Won't be going back there EVER

Good prices, and decent customer service most of the time. I would've given 5 ☆'s if not for the fact that I have my unit setup to automatically charge cc monthly and noticed that out of nowhere they started charging more on the card, so a phn call would inform us they have raised their prices on monthly units but didnt think to tell existing customers and just start charging them more? I wasn't thrilled with this, and confirmed that mo email was ever sent, nothing regarding the increase on monthly bills, and they never called to discuss which I find very odd for a company this size. Either way kept the unit as it's still cheaper than others but beware they are not insulated at all so not the greatest protection from the elements with changing seasons and also rhe amount of rain we Get here so would've recommend storing electronics, furniture, or clothing items unless u have them wrapped in airtight plastic which I have done and my stuff is doing great after being there for more than a year now. Definitely recommend for low maintenance storage needs!

This is my second time using this facility and I am always met by friendly accommodating stuff I know my belongings are secure and will not suffer mold or rodent damage the prices are quite reasonable and since I am disabled they always do their best to give me a unit close to a bay door for easy access
