I just went through the drive-thru 10 minutes ago and when I got home I had no french fries in my order that I paid for. Obviously at 11:40 at night I am not driving all the way back to get my fries so just beware and check your order before you leave the drive-thru. I love fast service, but if I don't get everything I paid for I'm not impressed

People that work at Wendy's are like construction workers that do drywall.... None of them speak proper English and don't know how to operate a simple task like putting a burger in a bag. Bottom of the barrel when it comes to entry level jobs. 16 year old kids and adults who never made it past flipping burgers. Not even worth going there anymore. If you can't do your job don't work there!

One JBC, One Double Stack, fresh lettuce,tomato, I feel happy with the burgers I got today. It's my first time visit here, The restaurant dine in area is clean, look in to the kitchen is clean as well.I am not sure what happened to those bad reviews. But it seem nothing bad happen to my experience this time! Wendy's Rutland, Quality is your recipe! Keep going! Stay motivated! So we will visit here more often than Tim Hortons and McDonald's near by.

Picture is my ceaser salad. Looked pretty light on the fill. Put the dressing in shook it up and look at that. 3 bites. What a value. I complained but they all ran off and pointing at a girl that I pressume was the manager. I showed her this and she just walked away. No fixing the issue she's just gone. No verbal communication. Ripped off. Nice Wendys. Real nice.

Working at a Wendy's myself back in the day I can tell what good service and bad service is. It's meh here... Also what happened to the buns? They sucked the life outta that bread. Also burgers have gotten smaller

I love Wendy's! It could be one of my favorite fast food places, but the service lately has been horrendous. Today I was in the drive thru and I ordered my food. I pulled up to the window and I was not greeted in any way. THE MANAGER was occupying the window and he stood there and practically shoved the machine down my throat. There was no greeting, no asking how I was paying, no asking about the new point system. I told him nope

Very clean. Fries and sandwiches were fresh. Manager came around the lobby asking folks at their tables how their food was. Great experience!

We ordered our dinner around 8pm and went through the drive thru yesterday. The order taker was friendly, smiled and eye contact when we arrived to the window!The meal was hot and fresh tasting.EXCELLENT Service and meal. :) TY
