Not sure why there's so many bad reviews on this place.Super friendly staff quick and efficient testing it was less then an hour for DnA and fit test. And the girl working was super professional and helpful with the whole process. I will definitely be doing future testing here

Rude, unhelpful staff. Sent one of my guys in, they wouldn't tell us how to get results, what is the point of a place drug testing someone then refusing results. They refused his first sample (which after talking to more people it seems they do this to everyone, almost automatically) and he refused another sample, so it's a fail, alright. But they refused to give both him and I (i was paying for test) results on why they refused his urine sample, he tried to hand the phone (with me on the other end) to a manager and she refused to talk to the person paying for the test. Definitely would not recommend.

Well I had a terrible experience here today, did all my test then off to the physical room to complete this and she failed me cause I allegedly moved my feet during the trunk flexion and could no proceed, I'm a 35 and go to the gym in fairly good shape, I can't go to work now as the company requires me to complete this. Felt like I was applying for the army I would avoid this facility or you could run into issues like I have. Good luck

Very rude called these clowns for my boss to see if I could do my test on a Saturday in red deer and got talked down to not professional and 15 years of drug testing in the oil patch and DOT cross border testing not my first rodeo these guys still haven’t changed how they treat people every time I have to deal with them very sad.All I tried to do was make life easier by calling for him to find out and I got talked to like I was not important enough for them to waste their time not a fan of the red deer office and their I’m so important attitudes they just annoy people step up your game and listen to people and maybe your google rating will change. We are not all druggies hoping to pass I’ve been at this for years your no better than anyone else get over yourselves. You collect my pee in a cup to go to a lab!!! Like really your not doctors.Change your snobby attitudes. It’s not becoming.

Very friendly staff, they thoroughly explained the steps and procedures and walked me through every step of it.

I was searching for a facility to send new hires. The negative reviews are shocking! The most shocking aspect is they are all the same issues dating back 4 years to present.Whomever is in charge needs to take a deep look at the situation and why things are not changing.There is a place in Ponoka that has good consistent reviews. This will be my choice by the looks of things. We are dealing with peoples abilities to work and support families. If arrogance and power fed egos are going to get in the way of an honest person earning an income you can bank on this place not getting my business.

Editing my review now that I've met new staff in this facility. Very easy going and friendly. So much better than that ignorant short wiesel that worked here previously. I arrived early and was out of the building 5minutes after my original booked time.

Horrible place to go, never have I ever had a problem with a AnD test booked in here got sat twice than told have to rebook because their closing, I walked in for 345pm the lady fought with me saying I didn’t have an appointment I showed her twice the confirmation email and text on my phone she finally said k sit down, when I sat down she told the other lady “we’ll there goes that early quit” never even looked at my sample stayed in the hallway said nope inconclusive sit for an hour, the two ladies working they don’t care about their job or what could happen to the people doing test. Watch I’ll get a reply on this comment “we have strict guideline to follow” like everyone else that has wrote a review about the same thing happening, STAY CLEAR DO THE HOUR DRIVE TO LEDUC

Well had a terrible experience here today, went in towards the end of the day, did my alcohol test , then went into the back to do my urine and the girl straight up said that she cant test it because its inconclusive. So what did i do went to the front drank some water wait 15 mins and tried again, and went back again to use the bathroom and same thing she said she cant test it because its inconclusive!!! I asked her how its inconclusive if she didnt even test it, she said it doesn't matter because she cant test it. I did this 3 times!! And it was already closing time, she gave me 3 inconclusives and told me that i wasn't getting a fail, ill have to re book. So i will! But not in red deer! Everyone do yourself a favour and stay far away from this place ! Take the trip and go to Leduc or edmonton. Don't risk your job for this place! Will never be coming back to this surehire location again!
