This might be my second review for the same space - but I'm a big fan!I love when you get a unique and modern use out of an older, limited purpose/function space - the coolest cases I've seen for what I'm talking about are things like the High Line in New York, or the folks that are converting old unused churches into homes/condos around North America.This is another cool example - and honestly I couldn't be happier with the way it looks and functions, great space, with a lot of parking, and a lot of thriving businesses clearly able to convert the spaces to their needs.

Not a bad place to go for a first date. Coffee place, var, axe throwing place, and BJJ all rolled in one. I highly recommend the Arts is in bakery shop. Keep up the good work!

Great space and neat shops and things to see but the paid parking after 90 minutes screams of cash grab. Why make patrons feel anxious about their parking when they can be relaxing with a beer or playing games? At least make it 3 hours free. There's so much wasted space and no one wants to go there anymore because of the parking.

Honestly, it's a weird building. The place was designed house businesses that were an acceleration hub for creatives. There are still some small businesses. I would never go there unless it is for the ottawa city woodshop and a artisan bakery and resto.

Super ugly and a poor use of space. Needs a revision from an architect / investor who can really make it something.WHY is there still no LARGE GROCERY STORE here in the meantime to serve Mechanicsville and Little Italy? The parking lot supports it and there are few options available beyond Loblaws and Farm Boy in Westboro and Hartman's at Bank and Somerset.

If they would repave outside it would be so much easier (plus the city needs to do something about their sidewalks in the area. in a wheelchair..once the N-S LRT is up & going again it will likely be easier
