My favourite shop in town

Not once in all the times I’ve lived here have I been treated with respect, (mainly by the newer staff) constantly being followed around and glared at, while I watch the same employee approach a white customer with happiness and is helpful towards them. I hope these employees get some training in treating everyone equal and teach them just because you may be brown doesn’t mean you are a thief. I haven never stolen from anywhere, yet constantly treated like I just robbed the register.

Took my nieces shopping here. Staff was helpful.

I’ve never been in a worse Ardenes in my life, the perfect combo of bad attitude teenagers and bad attitude older people. If you love to be glared at and followed around the store, definitely come here! Also, the woman at the till didn’t say anything to me the entire time and was really snippy and rude and I have no idea why. Please train these people better? Or hire people who are nice? Just a suggestion.

The customer service is horrible, no greetings, no help getting a changing room unless you go and find a worker, and poor cashier skills as the last encounter I had all the security tags were left on my clothes and I had to go back to get them removed days later.

Its hard to ever flag down an associate especially for change rooms. The deals aren't even that great anymore :( But they do stay on trend and the garment quality has improved a lot!

Went into the store a couple days ago with my teenager, the store manager had told her to move out of the way while she was walking to me only a couple feet away to do the manager can go gossip with another employee. Then when my daughter went to pay, the manager looked at her then walked over to the employee over by the change room and they proceeded to look at my daughter turn away and laugh. Needless to say, my daughter ended up leaving her stuff over by the checkout and walked out without buying anything. There have been numerous times that we have had issues with this manager from the way she talks to you to the eye rolls she gives us. From now on I think we will buy online or at different stores where they treat us customers with respect.

employees are never around the changing rooms, you have to go find them and ask them to open the fitting room unless you wanna stand around for half an hour waiting. also feels judgmental in that store, like i’m in high school again being glared at by teenage girls. not a good environment
