E-mailed for pricing, they took over 72hrs to respond and didn’t even answer the question. Then suggested a zoom meeting which I agreed to do but they couldn’t be bothered to yet respond again to actually move forward with the meeting. Demonstrated poor customer serviceStill demonstrating poor customer service. You aren’t even highlighting the entire story. No I don’t use zoom but I said yes I would use zoom and you decided to ignore me from that point on. It isn’t that difficult in this day and age to arrange a viewing of a property.

We recently started using Sparkling Spaces and are impressed with their services. It was easy to set up a meeting to get a quote from Crystal and she was clear and detailed about what services were included in our quote. We've had Judith come clean a few times and are very pleased with her prompt, detailed, and professional cleaning. Judith checks in to see if we have any specific requests and is our dog's new best friend. Communication with Sparkling Spaces is easy and straightforward. No complaints here!

Excellent and thorough cleaning. I’ve tried many cleaning services and haven’t been as happy as with sparkling spaces. Alicia and Crystal nail it every time! They come in and quickly get to work and work hard. My house is literally SPARKLING!

Jesika came to our home for the first time last week, and it was an easy decision to switch from our previous cleaning company to Sparkling Spaces (and Jesika in particular)! She was timely, kind, asked great questions upon her first visit to our home, and did a wonderful and thorough job. I felt immediately comfortable with her and trusted her right away. Our townhouse has some oddities (parking pass, locked gate that requires entry, etc.) that can be difficult, and she immediately paid attention to them and did everything we asked and then some. So glad we found you!
