Premium" car. You must pay 2000€ deposit to have "premium" car like Mercedes Benz C -class or Audi A4. Both of these am. cars had USB-port issues. Audi A4 navigator mislead me 8...10 times to incorrect route.Day one Audi had low tire pressure.Still waiting for my deposit refund..."

Good customer service at counter as well as gave very nice offer on spot with bigger car brand new even though I have booked small car through online. Thanks to Avis. even at the time of returning the car took only 5minutes. Amazing service

Never again … avoid at all costs Avis and Budget car rental. They unable to process credit card, where the nearest Starbucks could. And no options for car pre-paid refund was given or no other payment options acceptable. So rented easily with europcar in the next counter and request full refund from provider

After charging me 70 € (standard price in car wash in 22 €) to clean the interior of the car which was clean but because it smelled cigarette now I have just received an email from AVIS telling me that since I got a parking fine during the time I rented their car , now they will deduct from my credit card the 40 € fine + 42,35 € for the AVIS additional administration fee !!!! I don't believe how a company can be so anti commercial !!!!

Never take a rental car at Avis at the Brussels airport! The employees there (for the car return) are extremely unfriendly and unprofessional! They tried to put car damages on me even I have done nothing to the rental car. Avis just lost a very loyal customer because of such bad manner from its employees. It's a great pity that it happended to me the first time with Avis.

If you would rent from here, you will have a real chance of getting a technical perfect car with a dirty interior and the cover shelf missing, and maybe have the luck of being served by a very kind employee after another employee refused to serve you because he considers you of not being of the right race. There are much better car rental companies at Brussels Airport.

Avoid dealing with Avis/budget Brussels airport, the worst car rental around the globe. I am 48yrs, spent most of my life traveling and hiring cars.It was letterally the worst. Any confirmed pre-booking to them is considered as a toilet paper, they make you pay for a complete new booking considering the highest rate offered to any walk-in customer.
