Service was fast. I was surprised they didn't had Maple Danish atthis location.We got the chilli with half a bun. In Regina SK you get a whole bun.

Best potato wedges i have ever eaten, all raw and half in quantity, zero in quality, store was not busy, so definitely service error.

I wish I could them more stars for this Tims, they are so good at what they do and they take the time to make sure it's right. I go to this one daily and they even know my name now and the coffee is how you want it, not what someone left behind because it was wrong and just pushed off to the next customer ordering that. You have VERY valuable employees here and they deserve raises for the outstanding job they provide. I spend ten dollars a day here...everyday and it's always what I ordered and hot, not cold from sitting on the counter just waiting for the push off. RAISES ALL AROUND

Was just there this morning and oh my god..... worst service i had since coming here before work. I got 2 xl triple-triples.... they were NOT triple triple. But they usually never are from this location. I also got 20 timbits.... they didnt even have a 20 timbit box.... AND i got a bacon sausage farmers wrap. Where the **** was my chipotle sauce at!?!?! On top of that. They didnt even hand me a cup tray, OR A BAG.... this was all in one order this morning by the way. Step it up!!! Hire some real people, not just desperate family members, my christ.

I’ve been here twice in 6 months and on both occasions, I couldn’t get my espresso drinks because the machine was broken. They do not maintain their machines well and that is reflected in the quality of their coffee (disgusting in my opinion)

Superb customer service experience with Fe and Kyx. Staff are polite and very helpful. Clean place to stop by.

Very very very slow spent 20 mins in the drive thru only 1 person In front of me. They need to Staff up or properly train the ones they have. And to top it off my ice cap was like water not impressed.

They didn’t put the bacon in my grilled-cheese melt, but honestly that’s not the worse part.One of the staff members literally got off the counter just so she could flirt with one of the customers. Right when all of us are waiting for our food. It seems like the staff here are poorly trained and I blame that entirely on the employers here.Unless you actually up your game at this place. I don’t think I will be coming here again.
