Forever Floral

We have ordered several times for multiple occasions from Forever Floral. We have always had beautiful corsages and arrangements. Fantastic customer service. Last week we had a minor issue with another order. Today when picking up my son’s prom corsage, I brought up the issue from our last order to the staff. They immediately apologized and made things right for me. They didn’t have to do this and I am so grateful. Mistakes and miscommunications happen, it is how they are handled that sets a business apart. Forever Floral will always have our business because of their outstanding customer service and how they handled this today. Their products are also top notch and you will not be disappointed. Wow! Such a gorgeously planted basket was delivered May 6, 2023 to the church for my grandfathers funeral. The flowers are holding up even days later. They will likely grow all summer as they are all ready to be planted. Much different than some other vases that were delivered as theses ones can be repotted to be remembered forever. African violets, begonias, ivy, and so many more. Thank you so much for the wonderful basket. Highly recommend

I ordered an arrangement for a good friends funeral. We are from out of town, so it was site unseen and we were told that the arrangement was absolutely beautiful.

They always have my Grandma's favorite flowers in stock, and they put together a perfect sympathy arrangement based upon my size preference, color request, and budget. A lovely team to work with every time.

I really like this shop, sometimes one of the ladies that work there -older woman- is a little abrupt, but is never rude. I actually go here a fair amount for funeral flowers, or flowers for family that live around this area, and I have always been CONSITENTLY impressed with the quality for my money. Price wise this place is not what I would call a bargain, you get what you pay for, the quality is always high, and I feel like they always go above and beyond on my orders.

I placed an order from out of state to be delivered next day to a memorial service and am so pleased with the service provided. They sent a photo of my delivery, which gave me confidence in their attention to detail. I would highly recommend this florist! Great staff!!

We met with Tiffany, she was wonderful! The whole place is decorated very nicely. They have many options depending on what you are looking for. All the staff were friendly and did a good job at listening to what we wanted as well as making suggestions.

Overall great purchase! The flowers were beautiful and it totally saved me after having a bad experience from 1800 Flowers. I live out of state so it was important for that I purchase something of quality for Mother’s Day, and my mother loved them. The owner personally delivered them and called her a couple days after to check up. Best 200 I’ve spent! The only feedback I have is the professionalism and manner when I spoke with the person assisting me over the phone. Since I live out of state, I was forced to purchase over the phone. Her manner came across as rude and unpleasant. I asked her if the flowers will have green leaves and other decor, but she responded in a rude tone saying “that’s just what I said didn’t I?” Although the overall experience was great, that was the only drawback I had and because of this I may not purchase in the future.
