Beautiful, unbelievable that this was built by Irish settlers 200 years ago. Stunning mosaic mural over the altar.

The cathedral was open to visitors, all windows were opened, very welcoming. The painting above the altar is beautiful and the glass windows are a piece of art.Enjoyed the atmosphere in the cathedral, a retreat in times of suffering.

I go to be captured and to rest in the healing presence of Christ dwelling in the tabernacle off to the right transept. Be still in this house of prayer. Surrounded by beautiful stained glass windows I seek the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass to participate in the Sacred Mysteries.
