Great customer service inside! In the wood yard though.. tall man with no hair served us, wife said hello and thank you and the guy never even looked at her. Very unprofessional.

I've only ever been to buy paint and both times I had great service. I was pregnant during one of the visits and one of the employees offered to help carry my things to the cash register. It's a good option when you don't feel like driving outside of Saint-Canut.

Staff not very helpful, it is very expensive and selection in store is poor.

Wanted 15 pieces of wood. They do me only 15 were in stock, but my order would be prepared. SHowed up to pay, order was not prepared, courtyard staff had no clue what was going on. They had 24 in stock, the order was not prepared, and was covered in ice and sitting in a puddle.When I asked why my order was not prepared as agreed upon I was told “we can’t control the weather and it wasn’t prepared because it didn’t get prepared.” No apology, no attempt to fix things. Take your pieces of “prepared” wood that are frozen together and go. For 500$ I expected to at least have their phone promises be kept.Received no help in my situation, was told to deal with it, too bad. Even the guys loading the truck we’re saying how ridiculous this was.What a joke. Don’t go to these guys for anytning other than a basic order, it’s clear customer satisfaction is not their priority.
