Charlene was a god send after what felt like such a stressful and frustrating experience of trying to get our toddler to try new foods, eat meals, and just have semi enjoyable meal times as a family. She not only did that, but also made us more confident as parents to understand the eating patterns of young children.I cannot recommend her services enough. Charlene was great! She was very caring and helpful with my concerns. She gave me great advice that was easy to implement and made a difference in how I was feeling. She was so easy to talk to. I highly recommend her. A big bonus is that the appointment is done over Zoom. It was so convenient.
