Just purchased a vehicle from them, great guys to deal with! Had to take the car back in for something minor and they were great about it, gave me a car to drive while mine was there being fixed and made sure the issue was fixed properly! If you’re looking for a genuine honest deal, this is your place. We bought my husband’s dream vehicle there a little over a month ago. And besides the amazing price, the way that we got looked after by the whole family. In the afternoon that we picked up the truck, we had a chat with the dad, met the newly minted wife, snuggled the dog and got a hug from Kyles’s mum on our way out. Crooks! I bought a 2018 Ford Transit from them a year ago. Less than a year later, the engine blew up. The Ford dealership said the spark plugs were not set right and a bunch of other things. I purchased the extended warranty from them for $5000. The extended warranty only covers $3000 worth of the damages. I’m stuck with an $18000.00 bill from Ford. Disgraceful.
