Wye Heritage Marine Resort

Amazing marina, friendly service staff and incredible boat related services. I brought my 3607 Carver to be hoisted out and the staff couldn't have been more friendly. Would definitely recommend this to any boater look for a full time marina or for use of their mechanical and technical assistance.

Bathrooms are gross. Pool is never cleaned, and the service isn't the greatest

Absolute worst Marina ever. Just came back from the Lefroy Marina. What a Joke. The shop girl is standing outside in shorts hike up here but, smoking a joint. Classy. The only marine mechanic on-site is on vacation for the next 2 weeks in peak season. Every experience has been a bad one. Do not go here. The local guides on this site posting reviews have clearly never used the services. Consistently terrible.

Not impressed. Grounds are very basic--not very pretty or inviting. Just big, which I guess is their claim to fame. Docks are rundown and in need of repair--at least in the area where we were. Nails sticking out and boards coming up all over. The pool they brag about wasn't open when we stayed so I can't speak to that. It is far away from everything and the location makes it too difficult to bike. You have to take a taxi to get anyplace. Or you can get downtown via dinghy, which we did one day, but there wasn't much available space to tie up. Their wifi is useless, but that seems to be the norm in the area. Dumpsters are so far away that it's a pain to even take out the trash. No recycling--that surprised me. Had a bad experience with their service department and I regret that useless exchange. We had to stop here to meet up with someone, but would not stay here again. Gave them 2 stars only because the restaurant on-site was very good, although not associated with them.

Great marina! Management and staff are always professional, friendly and helpful!! You will not find a better marina in the area!!

We were here for a transient slip in late summer for the night and unfortunately a health issue. I can't say enough about how prompt, professional and courteous the staff were at this time. We had to extend our stay, and were treated very well by everyone.

I've read some of the other reviews and have to point out that the restaurant is not part of the Marina. If you wish to leave a review for the restaurant please be sure to review the correct business.As far as the Marina goes, I find it absolutely outstanding! Great thanks to all the folks there! I'm a new customer this year and so far can't say enough good things. I have not had a chance to meet everyone yet, but everyone from the girls in the office to the guys at the boat lifts and the fuel dock have been absolutely fantastic! Please don't change a thing!The amenities are also fantastic! Washrooms and showers, let alone they exist, are super neat and clean. The pool is kept up great too, although I would request to, may be, turn up the heater just a couple of degrees during the day for the kids.All-in-all I am glad to have found this gem. The people who work so hard here, is what makes it such a great place!And the restaurant is pretty darn good too ;-)Happy boating!Paul Semenov.

Great place to stop. Very large Marina with mostly seasonal slip holders, but they can find room for transients. We found the slip holders to be very welcoming and friendly, sharing tips about cruising Georgian Bay and the North Channel. Michelle in the office is a rock star and anyone looking for an example of great customer service should look no farther than her! We were there for a few days and the service department was able to get Josh to do some gelcoat work for us which is largely unheard of for transients. He did a good job at a fair price. Would definitely return and definitely recommend!

This is truly the resort Marina you need to be docked at! With their amazing customer service and the amenities, restaurant, community events and onsite pool and tennis courts make this Marina the best in the area!
