The staff, Amanda and Crystal stare at customers and assume people are stealing. Creepy and uncomfortable, and made me change my mind about my purchase. Would happily not visit again.

Sarah was wonderful with listening and making recommendations for my purchases. I’m using mobility devices to assist me in getting around, and was having difficulty getting into and around the store in a wheelchair. Sarah assisted in moving the entire role of luggage, and several racks so I could get to the back of the store and to the cash. She was also doing great at up-selling! I would recommend the store to create a wider aisle for greater accessibility for those using mobility devices.

Trakker luggage. 10 year warranty. The wheels seized-up completely after a few years of normal use. They do not honour the warranty!!! Avoid this store the trakker brand

I was shopping for a purse. I saw a bentley style I loved, but it was more then I wanted to spend. I asked the employee if they ever come on sale. She told me they will for 3 days end of the week. I'm over an hour away, so I was trying to decide what to do, when she offered I could have the sale price early. I told her that's not necessary, but her and the other lady working insisted it's fine. I was thrilled! Thanks so much! I don't know your names but you made my day! :) Great customer service is always appreciated!

I just bought luggage from Bentley in Lansdown Place and it was an incredible experience. The customer service was second-to-none. Both Bailey and Crystal were so friendly and knowledgeable. They helped answer some questions I had regarding the size of luggage I needed for a particular airline, and they helped find the best bag for my needs. From now on, this is my go-to luggage store.
