Grey Method - Physiotherapy & Massage Therapy Mississauga

Been going to Grey since the start of this year and very glad I made the switch. Me and my wife have been to other clinics but the personalization and treatment here feels a grade higher. Cordelle who is a high level athlete himself is able to understand the pains and give appropriate treatment and solutions for those with an active lifestyle.

In the past, I saw Cordelle Wells-Collins (registered massage therapist) and I have to say, the experience has been nothing short of amazing. He has an incredible talent for assessing and addressing any areas of pain or tension in my body. With his expert touch and skilled techniques, I always left each session feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and pain-free.One of the things I appreciate most about him is his thorough consultation process. Have had the opportunity to have Paulo (massage therapist) massage me 7 days after my car accident. He focused on the parts that needed more attention. Made me feel very comfortable and relaxed the whole way through.Today I had Cordelle (massage therapist ) massage me. He asks questions to learn more about the need of the session. He is very personable which makes the experience more comfortable. Both of them are incredible and really passionate about their work.I greatly appreciate their efforts.

Pablo has been fantastic for my massage therapy. I've been having lower back pain and some shoulder pain, Pablo was able to reduce the pain and mitigate it from coming back.I've been going here for some time now and I'm very happy with all their services. Would recommend.

Grey method has helped me with my back and shoulder issues. I've tried many different places prior to grey and my problem persisted or never went away. At grey method they were able to really teach me how to overcome my shoulder pain and their sevice has helped me a lot. I see Pablo for my massage and Naam for physio - fantastic team. Had one of the best massage experience ever! Amelia was beyond exceptional, she was truly amazing and made me feel so relaxed (I actually fell asleep for a bit) everything was on point, the pressure the technique etc. I would give her 10 stars!!! Amazing service!The RMT and physiotherapist are very professional and knowledgeable. They provided me with post treatment and workouts after my treatment For my frozen shoulder, locked hamstrings and hips. I found Grey Method during a desperate search for an RMT to help with a frozen neck and when I read their reviews I knew I had to check them out. They were accommodating from the beginning so that I can be seen right away and helped bring mobility back to my neck.Since then I’ve been regularly going to Paolo as part of my postpartum care and he has helped me tremendously with all the aches and pain that comes with being a first time mom. All the staff I’ve met have been so warm, welcoming, professional, and they also take the time to listen to your concerns so that you can get the best care possible.Can’t recommend Grey Method enough, especially to new parents!!

I have been going to this facility for over a year now and booked a massage with e every therapist available. They are all knowledgeable, kind, friendly and more importantly very professional with any questions or concerns you may have. I will continue to come here as long as I can book any appointment that may be available! They are always busy.
