Started cussing at me because I forgot a mask even after asking the staff for a mask that I could wear multiple times with little to no response, while they’re employee is walking passed the conversation completely unmasked and even more so unprofessional. (HUGE DOUBLE STANDARD) I’ve had many problems with these guys, rarely are they able to answer my questions let alone point me in the right direction. It’s just now I feel the need to actually say something. At this point I’d rather make the trip off island then give these guys another dime.

Just stopped by to recycle my used engine oil. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Went in to get an oil filter for my truck on a Friday and they sold me the wrong filter. Mistakes happen, no big deal, so i just brought it back and they exchanged it for another one. So i drove all the way back to Fulford to change my oil and it wasn't until i drained the pan that I found out AGAIN they sent me away with the wrong filter. forced to keep using my old filter went back in on Monday to return it and they were barely even sorry. Not impressed, they offered to sell me another filter but i just walked away. they reimbursed me for the filter obviously but im out of pocket from the jug of oil and the multiple trips back and forth into town. not impressed.Quick update, buddy reimbursed me for the oil

The people here are helpful & courteous with a well stocked store of auto related supplies which are well priced.

Handy shop, mid island, knowledgeable staff. One of the better Bumper2 Stores for sure. Fast.

what Gavin forgot to mention is that he was fired from this store for THEFT and LYING well done Gavin

Extremely unprofessional weekend staff, was told I was not welcome in the store while getting a few odds and ends. Will not be giving my business here or any other locations again. EMPLOYEE'S need to learn how to talk to CUSTOMERS

Since you asked I resent their 125 dollar price on a battery costing 85 at can tire.

I recently bought a battery which I was charged over double the price of a battery off island. Paid for it and come to find it's the wrong battery for the spot the original battery came out of. Now there not helping me put the right battery in my car. It doesn't even fit in the spot. Have had nothing but problems.
