Zero customer service or even acknowledgement for that matter and extremely slow service in peak morning hours with only ONE operating register. Don’t bother if you’re in a rush!

Staff is awesome and awesome coffee and donuts but I got a idea with the apple pie donut keep everything on it and and pie crust on the top and i would love for you to bring back the churro donut and the cherry filled donuts and the dream donuts because those are awesome

Every time I go through this drive thru it’s the same treatment. No acknowledgement at all. Last time I was there I had a staring contest with the worker. Finally she says $2.78 or whatever the price was, no hello no please no thank you nothing. Maybe next time a little more customer service?

Closest location from Dugmar resort at Esso gas station. so went there to pickup some coffee and food for everyone. Came back and found one coffee cup was almost empty ( one or two sips)

It's such a pleasure to feel the great customer service vibe at a Tim Horton's store! The staff here, including Jacob, go beyond regular service and deserve to be recognized for amazing courteous and genuine attitude in their jobs. Special thanks to Brittany, the manager on duty, who shows great customer service and management skills !

10:30 am on a Thursday. Didn't have anything we wanted.. No crossiants, no eggs for the wrap , no sprinkle or chocolate donuts. Girl was rude to my husband and kept rolling her eyes everytime he asked her something (he was being very polite and understanding).My ice coffee must be about half cream.Definitely not up to to Timmie's standards

Ordered a BLT sandwich with cheese and extra mayo.I was given a sausage patty on a bagel no lettuce tomato or anything.When I returned it for the right sandwich they proceeded to give me a bagel with lettuce and tomato on it, no mayo, cheese or bacon... horrible service.

Visit on Tuesday 25 June, 2019. Great Location at the center of the hamlet of Columbus. The Tim Horton's is co-located with Esso fuel station convenience store 'On the Run' and as such does not have a dinning area. Adequate parking and accessible to mobility impaired persons. Counter service area clean, organised and staff are friendly / professional. Similar selection of beverages and food as one may expect at any other Tim Horton's restaurant.

I was refused service because they were closed at 3?? Then the lady helps someone else after me. Felt profiled. Will report this to Tim Hortons
