We had a pleasure to meet Denise Dalton on our way to rent our first home in Ireland. As we are foreigners we found it difficult to get a proper accommodation. She walked me through the process in a professional manner to ensure all elements of my property sale were delivered upon including well presented photographic and video footage of the property. Very quick & straightforward sale of my house.I found Denise to be very helpful, competent, professional and also very flexible around viewing times. Her photography was brilliant especially through her use of drone. I never saw my house and surroundings from the sky before so that was an added bonus!As a senior negotiator, I think Denise should be promoted to an auctioneer as she was the person I dealt with during the whole process.Thank you for selling my house in a very short space of time & during December too
