Mazda of Toronto is the best Mazda dealership in Ontario! I had a great experience with them when purchasing my Mazda. Shoutout to Darren and his manager, as they were very nice and helpful at every step of the process. They did their best to accommodate my needs. I highly recommend them if you're looking for professionalism and amazing customer service!

Before visitng this dealership I visited at least another 5 and unfortunately I found only a series of frustrating experiences that left me feeling taken advantage of. However,Mazda of Toronto and its staff shattered those negative perceptions and provided an exceptional car-buying experience that was characterized by professionalism, honesty, transparency, and efficiency.One aspect that truly stood out about Mazda of Toronto, specially my salesperson Eugene and the financial Manager Rui, was their commitment to honesty and transparency. Unlike some of the other dealerships I visited, they didn't resort to pushing unnecessary add-ons, such as extra insurances and warranties, that were clearly intended to increase the overall cost of the purchase. My credit application got refused at several dealerships because they said that according to the bank policies I had to add extra protections to my car in order to protect Bank's money, they were only trying to rip me off taking advantage of the car shortage and trying to squizee every single dollar they can with a single sell. In contrast, Eugene and Rui understood the importance of providing us with accurate informationin. It was a refreshing change to be treated with such integrity.Furthermore, people at Mazda of Toronto were courteous and respectful throughout my entire visit. At other dealerships, I found rude and dismissive salespeople who seemed more interested in making a quick sale than in addressing my needs and concerns. However, Eugene and Rui took the time to listen attentively, patiently answering all my questions and providing me with good explanations. Their professionalism and genuine interest in fulfilling my extectations were evident in every interaction, making me feel valued and appreciated as a customer.One common thing I noticed during all my visits to several dealership visits aroung the GTA was the lack of attention and dismissive treatment when expressing an interest in the basic trim of the CX-30. It seemed as though many dealerships were more interested in upselling me to higher-priced models or features that I didn't need. Nevertheless, with Eugene and Rui I got a refreshing change of pace. even though I wanted the basic trim, at Mazda of Toronto I was treated with the same level of respect and attention as any other customer. They didn't pressure me into considering more expensive options, but rather focused on understanding my specific needs and guiding me towards the best fit for my budget.Efficiency was awsome at Mazda of Toronto. Unlike some of the other dealerships I visited managed delivery times around 6 to 8 months I was able to get my car only 6 weeks after placing my order, this is awsome considering was the basic trim where the waiting times are around 1 year. Mazda of Toronto team understood the value of my time and made sure I got the car in a record time.My visit here was a transformative experience. It served as a stark contrast to the disappointing experiences I had at other dealerships. Mazda of Toronto's dedication to honesty, transparency, professionalism, and efficiency set them apart from the rest. Special thanks to the professional agent Asaf, he is really very helpful and helped throughout the car buying process.
