So Fetch

We took our 4 month old puppy for her first grooming yesterday. The owners are professional and obviously love animals so much. I've never seen so many happy wagging tails in one place. So Fetch was highly recommended and we were not disappointed. Giulia did such a great job and our puppy Meli never looked better. Highly recommended.

Dani and her team are SO AMAZING!! I mixed up my appointment date and they accommodated what I thought I had booked, (VERY grateful there was space/time!!). Their whole aura/vibe/atmosphere is so calming, welcoming, and Louie was NOT hesitant considering it was his first pampering visit, EVER! You can tell So Fetch really cares about these animals and their family! We are so thankful we were referred to Dani and the So Fetch Team!! Louie left looking like a dapper little man❤

I have been meaning to leave a review for So Fetch, these 2 young ladies are amazing absolutely wonderful… so impressed with there grooming. They have done a fabulous job with my Dog Austin. He has anxiety and Giulia has done a great job working with him. Every grooming she has done is perfect. Both her and Dani have welcomed me and my dog with a huge smile every time I go. When Austin turned 1 year old they made Austin look so good for his birthday everyone loved the picture Giulia took of Austin. I would highly recommend So Fetch!!!Thank you ladies and see you soon..

Had high expectations but was disappointed. The cut and groom looks good but there was poor communication from staff. We booked a full groom for 11:30am. When asked about the approximate groom time, the groomer told us 2h. We were ready to pick up the dog at 1:30 but was told we needed to wait 30-45 minutes. One hour later at 2:40, we called again and she told us it would take another 20 minutes. We had prior engagements so we asked if we could pick the dog up at 4. Groomer agreed but said we should have told her we had time constraints... We arrived later at 3:55 and was told to wait another 10 min- the dog wasn't ready yet. At 4:10, the dog was ready after 4h. Groomer said that the dog was scared of the dryer in her face so she had to air dry her face, then she said she was behind because one of her groomers had been in an accident so they were backed up. All those incidences were not her fault but we were not told about it and were kept waiting. She then told us again that we should have told her that we had prior engagements. We didn't think that was necessary since she told us grooming would take 2h.Overall, groomers are skilled but disappointed due to poor communication and long wait time.

So fetch honestly saved bella!We have a Samoyed and keeping up with their coat is alot of work. We were previously taking her to pet smart thinking everything was okay, we then got a recommendation from our neighbour to take her to so fetch. They were shocked when they saw the condition of her coat and we were unaware that petsmart was shaving down bellas coat when they shouldn't have!! Dani was amazing with our bella she literally saved her coat not to mention treated her like her own. Bella was so happy after her appointment and loves going for groomings!! Not to mention she gets a little play time in as well. I highly recommend Dani along with all the staff at so fetch. They are professional amazing people who run an amazing business! One of the best! We will be a forever customer!

I have taken my baby here twice and absolutely no regrets! Arlo’s appointment was initially for Saturday, however the girls called me and asked me to bring him in on the Thursday instead so that Arlo isn’t as nervous (this was his first groom at SoFetch). I took them up on that offer and popped in. Dani took care of Arlo and she was truly amazing! She was attentive and made Arlo very comfortable. I will be back tomorrow for day care as he loves it there! Amazing job to the girls for keeping up such a great business and caring for all the pups!!!! 10/10 recommend. I am beyond happy with the results.

I brought both of my doggos to So Fetch for the first time. I was so pleased with their grooming! Giulia did a fabulous job on both of my shorkies. You can see the passion in her work.I loved the open concept and the natural lighting in this space. The other dogs that were there, were happy and friendly too.I could feel such good energy walking in. Judging from my Milo and Finley’s wagging tails when I came to pick up, they were happy too. Def will be back! Thrilled I found So Fetch!!!

I brought my dog Shana to the salon and I was amazed. They actually do the most to make sure your dog a good experience. I called to ask how Shana was doing and they said they even gave her a break because she was starting to be a little bit anxious (she’s a rescue) I feel this is the first salon to be honest about how my dog actually was during the groom on top of taking the time to be gentle with her. After few times I brought her there she started to love the place and run to the door toward Giulia and Dani. Thank you girls for the amazing experience. would definitely recommend.

These ladies are so amazing! They are so sweet and kind to all the dogs they were caring for and grooming. They took my dog Sadie last minute after being skunked. They not only rushed me in to help but they did an amazing job. Such a warm friendly atmosphere, such warm lovely staff. These are the exact kind of people you want looking after your dogs grooming needs or daycare. As the owner of multiple businesses, I can say with experience that these guys know what they’re doing and they seem to be passionate about it. Trust this place. I can’t say enough good things. Dani, thank you for taking such great care of my Sadie Mae! We will be back!

Honestly the best groomers around. My dog has separation anxiety and has a hard time being left in new places. Dani has been incredible with her, taking the time to gain Hershey’s trust and to make hersh feel comfortable. Hershey won’t let anyone cut her nails or bathe her except for Dani and she always comes home looking and smelling her best.So grateful we found Dani and we will never go anywhere else !
