Abby is the best massage therapist ever. I’ve been seeing her when I can for over a year- I live in Toronto and I still haven’t found anyone as good as her. I stopped looking. She does the best full body massage. I am in my 20s and have major chronic pain, I couldn’t even bend down yesterday. As soon as I got up from Abby’s table, I felt my SI joint release. I’ve been having a flare up 24/7 for the past 4 days, after this massage I finally got some relief. I’ve had injections and steroids that don’t work as good as Abby’s massage. She is so kind and experienced, she does massage, cupping and even acupuncture- and she is THE BEST at it! Thank you Abby!

After enduring a lower-back injury a couple of months ago, I Feel so Lucky to have found this place. Before starting treatment here, I had tried every other modality out there - Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Massage, Osteopath - None of them helped (in fact some of them seemed to have made the condition worse). When I arrived for My first appointment I was asked to fill out an intake. After being thoroughly Examined and Assessed, it was recommended that Physiotherapy would be the best course of Rehab for Me. I also Truly Appreciate how They took Their time to ask Me a lot of questions and read through all My Imaging Reports (I had X-rays + MRIs done) before Creating a tailored Therapy plan for Me.I've been treated by Ali & Krystal, and I'm Grateful to say I'm seeing a lot of Progress and Feeling so much Better. I can now stand, sit, and drive for longer periods with ease. My quality of sleep has also dramatically Improved - which is the BIGGEST WIN overall !!The Staff here use a Logical and Systematic Approach to Rehabilitation. They first worked on reducing the pain I was experiencing. Then They introduced mild/beginner exercises to help relax and start to retrain the muscles in My back (without aggravating them). I'm now on a Core-Strengthening Routine to help with Supporting My Spine with a solid Foundation. Next will be introducing a modality to help break up any scar tissue that may have built when the injury first happened + new exercises to increase and get back My Range of Motion (bending, lifting, twisting). I've Learned so much about this injury and recovery process from the staff here - I could probably become a Physiotherapist lol.Everyone here is so Welcoming, Friendly, and yet very Professional with Their work. Whenever I arrive the first thing I'm asked is how I'm Feeling, and if there has been any change in My condition. Their attention to detail is Incredible - it really Feels like I'm being taken care of by Family.Reham & Suranjan are extremely helpful with the exercises and Encourage Me to push Myself (with the Perfect Balance of stretching the Boundaries, while listening to My Body to ensure the Recovery Progress is consistent). This Place is Truly a Blessing. You can tell the Staff care about making a Positive difference in the Quality of People's Lives.Thank You !!

Beautiful, modern, and spotless Facility. The staff is very caring and helpful.Ali - one of the main Physiotherapists used to play basketball professionally - so you know you're in good capable hands with him + his team).Modern Technology and modalities used. Direct billing and 24-hour email appointment reminders make it very easy to schedule.

I recently had an extremely disappointing encounter with a receptionist at a local clinic. My experience with this particular individual left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. It is disheartening to come across such unprofessionalism in a healthcare setting, where compassion and understanding should be a top priority.Firstly, the receptionist demonstrated a complete lack of knowledge about the clinic she worked for. It was evident that she had not taken the time to familiarize herself with the services provided or the staff members. This lack of knowledge was not only frustrating but also raised concerns about the overall competence of the clinic. What made matters worse was the receptionist's demeaning and condescending attitude. Rather than providing assistance in a respectful manner, she repeatedly asked about my insurance coverage or funding in a way that made me feel belittled. It is highly unprofessional to treat individuals seeking medical assistance with such disdain. To add insult to injury, the receptionist refused to disclose the names of the physical therapists I would be working with. This lack of transparency is concerning, as it is important for patients to have information about the professionals responsible for their care. This further highlighted the receptionist's disregard for my needs and rights as a patient. The level of rudeness and unprofessional behavior I experienced from this receptionist was so egregious that I have decided to take legal action. I have engaged an attorney to file a formal human rights complaint against the clinic. It is deeply disappointing that I am forced to take such drastic measures due to the actions of one individual. In conclusion, my encounter with the receptionist at this clinic was incredibly disheartening. Her lack of knowledge, condescending attitude, and refusal to provide necessary information regarding the physical therapists were all unacceptable. It is my hope that the clinic addresses this issue promptly and takes measures to ensure that patients are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.

Durham Physiotherapy & Sports MedicineI recently had the privilege of seeing all the physiotherapists (Ali & Krystal) here at Durham physiotherapy & Sports Medicine during my recovery this past year. They were very supportive and took the time to support my recovery. The entire team is hands-on with the treatments and provides excellent exercises with handouts. They were also very efficient with documents required for work.I was also seen by Chiropractor and had my first experience with acupuncture. Eva was very patient and took the time to explain the entire process. It was a long road to recovery however, with treatments and doing the provided exercises at home, you too will recover.Overall my experience was and continues to be a positive one.10/10 would recommend

By far the most amazing rehabilitation center I've ever been to. It's only been 1 week (2 sessions) and I'm feeling 85% better. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. I've had one session with Dr. Eva + one massage with Abby. I've been feeling loose and flexible all weekend! My wife is probably the most excited as I was able to mow the lawn and get her car detailed today lol.Another way this center stands out is they don't care about exhausting all my benefits. The receptionist has handled the billing and didn't ask about how much coverage I had. I feel like I'm actually getting the full out treatment right from the start (as opposed to places that like to drag out appointments to max out insurance coverage).Would highly recommend!

Dr Eva Mazur is compassionate. She takes the time that is needed and makes sure her patients don’t feel rushed. Her treatments and recommendations have already helped me feel better. She and the office are very friendly and courteous. Highly recommended.

I actually followed my massage therapist Abby to this centre when she started working here. Abby is absolutely amazing and I recommend her to all my clients who also love her.One day I asked if they had a female chiropractor (mine had left the city). They had just hired Dr. Eva so I thought I would give her a try. I have had a few chiropractors over the years and Dr. Eva by far is the best I have had. She is extremely attentive and will take the time to really help you with what you need. I have struggled with neck pain over the years and she has gotten me to the point where it is almost a non- issue. I have now also started recommending Dr. Eva as well and all my clients have loved her treatments and really benefitted!Thank you Abby and Dr. Eva for improving my quality of life!!!
