Booked taxi to buffalo airport terrible experience GPS not working driver Iqbal lost route Machine not accepting payment by credit card Insread of 300 CAD driver charged 250 US $ where GPS not working driver doesn’t know the route Finally we got our of car and asked passing drivers Lickily we catcher flight. It was like nighttime. This happened on Mar 28. I don’t recommend this taxi service not reliable at all

Taxi drivers' cars are filthy, stinky, dirty!! No excuse for this! One taxi driver kept passing gas, I wanted to throw up! Please get your drivers to clean up their cars and show respect towards all customers.

Unreliable, lousy, unprofessional, disoriented, and shambolic, are only a few of the words that describe this disastrous mess of a service.I was given a 45-minute wait, which I was perfectly willing to do. Until it turned into nearly 2 hours. It became apparent that the miserable and sloppy operator could not even be bothered to assign me a taxi. Waiting out in the cold for a taxi (that was apparently never booked) for over 2 hours was the last straw for me.Do not, and I repeat, DO NOT use All Star Taxi if you value your time and have self-respect.

Dear owner,I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from one of your taxi service customer representatives. During a call today at 5:44pm, I spoke with a woman who was incredibly rude and argumentative. This individual demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism throughout our conversation.When I attempted to explain my concerns, she cut me off mid-sentence and spoke to me in a condescending tone. Despite my attempts to reason with her, she continued to argue with me and refused to listen to my perspective. Instead, she told me that I should call another taxi company if I want a taxi.I found this behavior completely unacceptable and unprofessional. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, even in situations where there may be misunderstandings or disagreements.The fact that this individual was unable to provide even basic customer service skills is concerning to me, and I would like to express my disappointment with this experience.I would appreciate it if you would take steps to ensure that your customer service representatives are adequately trained in dealing with customers. I hope that in the future, you will be able to provide better service to your clients.Thank you for taking the time to read my complaint.

Need to call the day before if you have an early flight as wait times can be >20 minutes. Ended up taking an Uber. But overall good experiences the other times I’ve used all star

I did not use the taxi service today but I got to witness some service over and above from one of their drivers. I got to watch this gentleman walk the lady he drove all the way to her door! I believe this type of service is not as common anymore. It’s nice to know that some people still go over and above to provide great service! This man needs to be acknowledged.

I had been using this taxi service for months and had no issues however upon calling today I was met with hostility due to my phone dying and missing the taxi last night. Horrible service. Definitely do not recommend.

Toyota RAV4 taxi plate number 612 and Ontario plate CAHD 655 drives very dangerously and aggressive, cutting off cars not using blinkers. Do not get in this vehicle if you care for your safety!!!!! Happened near Cawartha and Bloor Street. I have reported my dash cam footage to OPP. Learn the rules of the road please because some of us has children in the car.!

No cabs available in the Port Credit area when we called to get a cab for my elderly mom on an average wkday evening.
