These two locations, West Lorne and Dutton on the 401 east/westbound, are BY FAR the worst run/managed/staffed Tim’s locations in ALL of southwestern Ontario!!! EVERYTIME I stop here I find myself standing there in line with my blood boiling! Trust me…you ALWAYS have enough time standing in these lines to hit level 10 frustration! It’s not because of “labour shortage” either. There’s always half a dozen employees talking behind the counter while one begrudgingly serves the 20 or so people one by one. PLUS somehow they think it’s reasonable to charge MORE than every other store! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Too bad it’s the only thing around for miles! Probably the only reason they still exist. ….I gotta lose this coffee addiction!!

Stood in line for 10 mins. There were about 10 people in front of me. I saw one person get served in that 10 mins. A couple of employees were just standing behind the counter talking and not doing anything. I just left without ordering.

I’m a truck driver and I love Tim Hortons but I have to say this on-routes Tim Horton has worst service ever mostly out of food if they have its not fresh at all. Fun part is it’s like a mystery game you other something and get something else.

Manager FAIL to manage the Staff Team Because of 23 April The staff member Under Training so for Book a order long waiting and after order no one get complet order like as my order was Midium French vanilla with espresso shot and everything bagel with eag after 15 minutes she give me just bagel but coffee when I ask for she said it’s not in your order but I did pay $9.42So I leave for There Because I don’t want waste more time with Them

The Lady with Glasses that usually works on deli. She is a very rude person. She will flirt and be funny with all the white guys but won't make a mobile order despite of 15 mins of waiting. She didn't even had a name tag on. One day she threw a ketchup packet to a guy just trying to be funny with him they both loved it and she didn't even take more orders for like 10 mins just flirting with him. I think she doesn't recognize importance of time for other people. Also, if you want to be rude to people of color she shouldn't do a service based job.

Service is very slow, and half of the lettuce from the loaded bowl was wilted adn black. Very disgusting.

Staff do not encourage guests to use the kiosks so those standing in line wait more than 10-20 minutes while they are making mobile orders. Not good customer service

Worst customer service, they took 20 min for a quick mobile order which was just 2 hot drinks. And when asked the reply was you just gonna have to wait" there was no such thing as customer service. Then person from sanwich area took our order verbally and served us"
