Excellent experience once again! I've had screenings here several times. Dr. Gabe Kandel is an outstanding specialist, fully answering my questions, calling me by name, all with a sense of humour. The other doctors and staff are all terrific. They provided good instructions prior to the procedure. Kudos!

Everyone here is super friendly and makes sure you are comfortable. They even give you a heated gown.Wife had an appointment for 7:30 and was taken just after 8:00, so the wait was a little longer but that is to be expected. Nevertheless everyone was so friendly and helpful that the procedure was not as scary as I thought.

I would like to thank Dr. Elfassi and the entire team. They are very professional and courteous. It is not easy going through such a procedure and they made me feel very comfortable right from the point of prescreening to the end of the procedure. Dr. Elfassi was very clear and concise explaining my results. Once again thank you to the entire Kensington team.

My husband went for a colonoscopy and endoscopy at this clinic. He had a tumour but was still working. 5 days after this test, he nearly died. I called an ambulance. At the hospital, they found that his potassium levels were very low. I looked up that situation on the Internet and found that a colonoscopy on an elderly person can seriously affect their electrolytes due to the chemicals used in the prep which are akin to gasoline. That test marked the end of his career, his life, my life and the life of my kids. We coped with him until he died 2 months later. Nobody there including his doctor took into account that he had Addison's Disease and that is a contraindication to such a test.They also broke off one of his teeth in the process. The public do not realize that this test is a serious matter and the public should do their own research on it. Doctors can't be bothered. When I reported the medical journal article about this test to the nurse, she didn't care.

Great experience for a not-so-fun event. The team was friendly, on-time and professional in every way. Even their paperwork was exceptional.

I did not have the best experience at this clinic but it wasn't completely terrible either. Right from the start there seemed to be some administrative glitches. when I called to make the appointment they told me they would be immediately emailing me the instructions etc. No email came. no email came the next day - no email came for 3 days at which point I thought I should follow up and no, it wasn't in my junk-filter. They then said they would send it again, right away. No email came. No email came for another day so I followed up again. Finally it came. This was the first time I learned of the 3-4 day pre-procedure diet restrictions- it would be helpful to know this timeline when booking the appointment which I was told no changing once booked". They told me to come at least a half hour prior to my scheduled appointment which i did. Reception was lack-luster and seemed like something wasn't quite working right. Then I sat in the waiting room for almost the entire time I had come early. When I was called into the prep area my nurse left me standing in the hallway for a while while she was on the phone. I was put in a bed in a hallway and left there which was standard practice and not uncomfortable

They say they'll call you for results they have (that you need), between a super vague time frame, and never call! Now I need to go find another doctor and another x-ray because this was entirely useless.
