Dave was able to fit us in with less than 24 hours notice for a residential home inspection. He was incredibly friendly and thorough. Within the short inspection, he was able to find things that would have been very hard to find like a ceiling water stain in poor lighting. Dave was knowledgeable and was able to recommend what fixes (including DIY or contractor required) to the issues he found. He was also able to turnaround the inspection report in the same day. Overall, I would highly recommend Dave and Tempest Inspections to anyone.

Dave was great! Report was easy to understand, so even though we couldn't be there we still were able to see photos and descriptions of everything. He did a very thorough job and we feel we got a good sense of the state of the property.
