The lowest-tier of customer service, unprofessional business tactics, lack of accountability, and a very regrettable experience.My bridesmaid ordered a balloon bouquet from Haute Balloon for my bachelorette in Montreal. The balloons did not arrive. When we reached out to the owner Chrissy, correspondence was non-existent over the course of multiple days. However upon rating her company with a valid 1-star to express our dissatisfaction, Chrissy finally responded to our numerous contact attempts. To our dismay, she asked that we remove the negative reviews and refused to issue a refund otherwise.Overall an awful way to rectify an already disappointing situation and would urge customers to pursue an alternate, more reputable balloon service.

We hired Haute Balloon for the McLaren Canada F1 Party and we were really pleased. The whimsical addition to the branding really stood out.

From getting a response to my email inquiry within a few hours, to delivering the most elegant set up within our budget, Haute Balloon made our engagement party a photogenic masterpiece. Chrissy returned my call promptly and listened to what I was looking for (down to the font, color and details). She gave me her suggestions for the space (she has a good eye for aesthetic) and worked to maximize what can be done with the budget we had. The night of my engagement, everything was already set up and I can honestly say, so many of my guests made it a point to take pictures with the balloons because they were so pretty! I know where I'll be going for my bridal shower and wedding decor :-P Thanks Chrissy!!!! (Chrissy is honestly awesome).

Received the wrong balloon on Mothers Day, in addition to that it deflated in a day and a half. No response or customer service whatsoever.

Same day in the evening 3 of the balloons went down. The stickers on the personalized balloon were off and folded. Contacted several times to get help regarding the balloon colours and no help… my mix of colours I have choses ended by being not nice at all.

One word to describe this company: Rotten. My wife ordered balloons for my 50th birthday and they forgot about her order. We went to party expert instead and they were top notch. Don't waste your time with these incompetent individuals that work and represent this company.

Haute balloon came highly recommended to me, I spoke with an associate to order the balloons and everything was in order. Unfortunately I’m disappointed in the customer service. Haute balloon employees notified me a few hours prior to my balloons being delivered that there was an issue with the helium. They could have let me know the day prior but leaving it til the day of is extremely unprofessional. At that price I think it should’ve been handled much better.

I had the best experiences with Haute Balloon.1. Very professional and listen to their clients. Client satisfaction is extremely important (perfectionists).2. Very creative and innovative. I just gave them the colours/vibe and they got back to me quickly with pictures and ideas of what they envisioned. It was exactly what I wanted!3. The balloons always look perfect and last all night.Many friends and family members recommended Haute Balloon to me because they had great experiences as well. I’m so grateful and would recommend to anyone who wants an elegant event and professional service!

I found them on Instagram. I got the balloon for my parents anniversary. The balloon is gorgeous! My parents were so surprised! They loved it! It's very easy to order, fairly priced as well. Very easy to contact and ask questions. I highly recommend Haute Balloon. Now this balloon has become a decorative piece in my house. Thank you again for the amazing service and beautiful balloon. We will definitely order again.

Would strongly caution others before purchasing from this company.Placed an order weeks in advance for a bachelorette party and received an order confirmation. Day of delivery it did not show up during the scheduled delivery window, immediately reached with numerous calls, voicemails, emails, etc. to no avail. It’s been days and I still haven’t heard anything back. Other reviews report positive experiences but we felt completely scammed.I understand mistakes happen but they clearly aren’t concerned with fulfilling orders that have been paid for and the non-existent customer service is beyond disappointing. Will ultimately have to refute the charges with Visa to get my money back.
