Dr. Harold Matheson treated my knees after a minor bike accident. He asked all the right questions to perform his assessment to started his treatment. I started feeling better after my first appointment. He suggested a few stretches that were very helpful and glad I found this clinic and Dr. Harold.

Steacy is amazing! After seeing her my back pain was gone within 2 days. She is professional, knowledgeable and so friendly. I was also given exercises and stretches to do at home to help work on the problem areas. Go see Steacy, you won’t regret it!

I cannot say enough good things about Frontenac Chiropractic and Sports Rehab. My brother-in-law recommended Dr. Read after I was complaining about how much my shoulder blade was irritating me (for years). I brushed off the recommendation insisting I had already tried multiple chiropractors (among other specialties - some that helped more than others). After some time, I agreed to go.Dr. Read completed a comprehensive assessment that helped me consider some things I hadn't before. He was very thorough in explaining everything, including the rationale behind his interventions and recommendations. In addition, he gave me some exercises to do at home that were actually effective. When my issue was resolved, my appointments were completed - but I was always invited to return as needed.Amanda - at the front desk is also wonderful. She is friendly, kind and organized. She also has a little four legged side kick that always offers a warm welcome.TLDR: Great team! Would certainly recommend for anyone seeking treatment for injuries/aches/pains.

I saw Stacey in my second and third trimester for round ligament and low back pain. Within a few treatments I wasn't struggling nearly as much. She tried various types of interventions and strategies (tissue release, stretching, exercises) to generate more mobility within those areas. I can say it worked wonders! Thanks Stacey for all of your help - will be back to see you again soon after the little one is here!
